Now I can drink spirits all night and have very little affect.
But wine - oooh that is toxic. End up feeling like I've been drinking battery acid all night. And the craving for junk food in the days after.......nope have definately decided at 34 years old getting drunk is no longer any fun.

  • lol SM, hi everyone! Seems to be definite - tested again and still positive, going to see dr tomorrow (couldn't go today, went to the zoo instead with dd!)
You say about eating what I wanted. When I was pregnant before I put on over 5 stone! I fully intend to be more careful this time....
I'm taking it a bit easy on the exercise and diet front at the moment - I'm going to ask the dr about the best way to not go from one extreme to the other!

    Hello ladies :)

The main source of my weight arrived on the 4th August, and I now have no excuse at all for being enormous.

I went from 48kg (7st7) to 65kg (10st3) and would prefer to be 45kg (7st1) so the aim is a 20kg loss from my heaviest. I'm waiting for Husband to release the Wii so I can get the board out and find out what sort of horrors I'm working with.

3.27kg was gone instantly when they lifted the hitchhiker out, but I'm not able to do any serious exercise post-C-section which will limit my losing. Gah. Shrinking the spare skin on my stomach is also a concern - I look like a scrunched up paper bag :(

Edit: the Wii Fit tells me I weigh 58kg and allowed me to set a goal of dropping 10kg. This will do for starters and the last 3kg can wait. It says just over 1kg (3lbs) every two weeks is what I'm aiming for. We shall see.
