SW i didnt put on weight the last time i was on depo but it took over 2 years to get pg after i came off it but i was on it for over a year and a half ...

had a great weekend with my friend went better then i expected although i had hot chocolate although it was only 33 caloires and i burnt it off and today i had a large scone for breakfast/lunch but it filled me til about 5-6pm (was too hot to eat) and i just had couscous and salad for dinner now full im eating slower to fill me more and its working ...... ive walked sooooooooooooo much today been on my feet since 10pm til about 6.30pm with my leg weights so looking good x

Your so dedicated SM. Well done. You deserve the hot chocolate and its was low calorie anyway, we have to have some treats to look forward to.

Its not a diet its a way of life.
I still plan to have white wine and takeaway ( although in moderation ) at weekend. I love my food too much not to!

Glad your weekend was good... They say that in chewing food properly it makes you eat less and therefore get fuller faster... must admit it's not in MY mouth long enough to do that - I swallow it down!

Cant wait to get started myself now. I'm offically a killer whale and a very slow moving one , it shouldn't be too long now as lots of pains this week and she's due next Sunday so fingers crossed for me!

well must have burnt loads of calories yesterday as I never seemed to sit down! Was ironing until 10.30 last night and still have another basket to go!
Going to take the kids swimming this morning. I stick DD in her little floaty thing and I have a swim whilst pushing her round in front of me. Every little bit of exercise helps although I don't have loads of stamina for swimming.
Am trying to chew my food around 20 times. Apparantly there are more enzymes in your saliva than in your stomach acid to break down the food so it's aids your digestion to chew more thoroughly. Plus is helps me to eat slower which means I don't eat as much!

SW - are you having braxton hicks? Oh how exciting - keep us posted on whether things develop!!!

thank you SW when i decide to do something that im set on i see it to the end although i did say for the first 4 weeks i would just detox my body which i did .. excitiment on the HB i had them solid for 2 days then i started contractions so sounds lik your little bubs is getting ready ...
i was thinking of going swimming but the pool said bubs aint allowed til his first injection so gonna wait til then have to say i am alittle scared of going swimming, of what i look like in a costume (bad experinces when i was younger) but i know he'll enjoy it and zoe wants to go so would be worth it in the end x

Bitsy - Can i ask how is the swim floaty thing? I need one for when we go away next year and never used one before. They look sturdy enough but the choice on the market is huge...is it a swim seat one ?

I was getting lots of niggles on thursday as the midwife forced the babys head into my pelvis so see if she was engaged. I keep having pains but they are not getting any more painful, I feel very heavy, having a curry later so fingers crossed!! I'll let you know

SM - Hopefully she'll be here v soon, cant wait to see what she looks like now.

When do they have their first injection now ? I bet he'll love it in the water and im sure you'll look more than just fine in your cossie

at 8weeks hes got it on the 4th of august so week on tuesday hate it when they get injections .. hope your madam doesnt keep you waiting to long x

SW the swim floaty thingy is one from ELC and it's the seat so you stick baby in it with feet and legs dangling in the water. Have discovered today that DD doesn't like it anymore, at the pool there are shallow steps down so she prefers to bum shuffle and practise her climbing skills instead!
Once they can sit though they are fab and it's nice that they get to join in the swimming

Hi everyone,
hope you're all getting on ok. I haven't been on here much as I've been a little ashamed - I keep falling off the wagon - the evenings have been beating me!
Anyway, I'm back with renewed determination!
Interestingly, when I've been weak, coincides with when I haven't had breakfast, so I've started the week with a big bowl of muesli today and made a pledge to be surre to have breakfast every day.

just had breakfast myself rice crispies meeting a friend in abit to do abit of shopping so leg weights back on and training my works do is 2 weeks away need to get alittle trimmer ... hope everyones doing well x

well went shopping yesterday and after all my weight loss new look still say im a 14 :undecided they look great on my but alittle annoyed hey hoo shall continue til i get to what i want x
