Have you measured yourself (bust, waist, hips, thighs etc) because, very often, with the SW plan, I find on weeks where there is little or no weight loss, you can find an inch loss.
If anyone is just starting with SW I always advise them to measure themselves, cos it gives a real boost to see those inches fading away.:T

Cheekymole, you asked who writes the books and makes the rules with regard to 'healthy weight range'. I was told once, several years ago, that those figures are arrived at by Insurance Companies in conjunction with Doctors. The Ins. Co's use those figures to determine your life insurance rates. I always liked the way SW let you set your own target as you are far more likely to stick to it than the artificially low one set by other slimming groups.

So it probably was a man then!!!

Thanks consultant31, I am declaring target on Tuesday, happy as I am now without being a stick insect!

One week to go to my hols, must be good 'til then!
    I haven't got one!

Lol yes, probably one of those with the very attractive overhang, who tells anyone who'll listen that he's a 32" waist, when he's actually a 44" waist wearing 32" trousers.
Congratulations on getting to target (who wants to be skinny anyway - we're women, not little girls).
Now you'll have another shiny award sticker to add to your collection :T :T

Have had a funny sort of eating day and not sure what to turn it into.
Was naughty and had a sausage and 2 slices of white bread toasted for breakfast ( - I know - I am suffering from it now - white bread bloats me terribly)

I missed lunch because I was busy in work and then left quickly to rush home for DS - had a hifi bar on the way home and have had nothing since. So---
Do I go for a green tea or a red one?? As far as i know the sausage and bread are syns so does that mean i can go either way??
    Consultant31 - Help!!

PS - I measured myself a while back - it was recommended to me by my consultant too - i must look out the measurements I wrote down, re-measure and compare

Well done on your 1/2 lb off Loopy Lass. Your biggest achievement is that you're motivated enough to stick to it despite being disappointed.

Have you looked at the link Rachie77 posted? It might be worth a try.,

Syn you sausage and bread (depending what sort of sausage it was).
You could go either way now, personally it would probably be green for me as it allows a huge plate of SW chips with 'fried' eggs and mushy peas - just what the doctor ordered when you've had very little all day.
    Enjoy whatever you decide!
