Hi fox, you found us! Consultant31 has a class tonight but will hopefully answer your question tomorrow althoug somebody else might know.

They are only 3 syns each on green and red days so I doubt as they would count as 1 whole health extra anyway as one hea;thy extra is usually around 5/6 syns.

Yes Honey it was my sis that went to Florida and im on WW and she is on SW i told her about the losing weight thread and shes managed to work out how to post now lol
