Eat everything if you want, just not too much of it;)
I just feel for those people who have a battle with food, I have been there believe me, had an ex who wanted me to be fat :rolleyes:Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
I have done reading too!

The trouble is I think lots of you will struggle because you are obsessing about food, so even though you are teking positive steps with healthy eating and so on you seem to be thinking about food rather too much, which will often lead to blowing the diet or feeling bad about it.
Thank you too for your imput, Sarah. I think it's inevitable that people who are trying to eat a more healthy diet will think more about food than usual because they're trying to avoid eating the stuff that's made them put on weight and they need to spend extra time working out new things to eat. Once they're used to the new way of eating they'll be able to concentrate more on other areas of their lives.
Of course you weren't suggesting that us veggies are obsessed with food, were you?
Like so many other vegetarians (and vegans), my reason for being veggie is that I don't want animals to have to die in order for us to be able to eat! Would you like to join us? You're most welcome too, honey28! The following link has a free vegetarian starter pack and some very informative videos which can be watched online, that should encorage even the most determined meat eater to think again! http://www.peta.org.uk/0 -
I think the reason why i'm seriously overweight in the first place is because of my obsession with food but i've never been able to see any way to escape that. My strange relationship with food is, psychologically speaking, buried very deep but you never know - i may be able to change that one day.
There are worse things i could be obsessed with!
Incidentally, these days, vegetarianism is more of a habit for me than anything else! Though according to the vegetarian society i'm not actually a vegetarian anyway as i eat real cheese and make no effort to avoide gelatine in general products such as ice cream, sweets etc. I tend to refer to myself as someone who doesn't eat meat so that stricter vegetarians don't look down on me!!0 -
I am just about to have a Mug Shot, that one of my friends told me was free syn on SW!! They look yum so will let you know!
I am also a vegetarian, I am the same as you JenIttels, its more of a habit now, I avoid gelatine when I don't realise it is in something but wouldnt eat it through choice, I also eat normal cheese altho much of it is vegetarian these days anyway
I am hoping for a bit of advice as I will be in unchartered territory this evening as I am off to a mexican restaurant this evening called Chiquitios, I was hoping to choose something from the menu in advance so I dont get overwhelmed when I get there.... (http://www.chiquito.co.uk/) any ideas??
Thanks everyone for telling me you are supposed to have the full amount of food every day, some days I have been having no syns and no HE's! I will make sure that I get the HE's in now!
