Just wanted to say hope your first day goes well benjacksmum. Hope breakfast was yum. I find meal plans are very useful, they are fab for moneysaving and making sure you only buy what you need and also for actually thinking about what you are eating.0

 I'm back! Got back yesterday morning but was knackered! Slept to mid-day today  Had a great time, was very hot so we are frozen now we are home. According to the scales I've only put on 2-3 pounds so am pleased with that - reckon I'd put some of it on before I left cos I was nibbling at kids Easter eggs! Will go to SW tomorrow and the truth be told!
How was your hols?
Gosh, there are so many new names on here now, good to meet you all. When I get a chance I will read over all the threads to catch up. At the minute i'm up to my eyes in washing! Oh, and DH and DD have chicken pox! Its a disaster!
Good to be back tho0 -

Hi Honey, welcome back.
2-3lbs in 2 weeks holiday, that's great - well done.
We had a great time and it's only 2 1/2 weeks until the next one!
The thanks button has been missing for a few days since the site was upgraded. I think they're still trying to bring it back but I think most people are quite happy for it to be left the way it is!
I can't believe your DH and DD have chicken pox. How did they let you fly with them. They usually don't allow it (although I don't know why) you could've had another 2 weeks in Florida.
Anyway, welcome back, you've a lot of catching up to do!I haven't got one!0 -
raihana, don't get into the habit of weighing youself every day just once a week at the same time of day.
As I've said to many others HIDE THE SCALESI haven't got one!0 -
We didn't know it was chicken pox. DS had it the first few days and we thought it was prickly heat/bites! Turns out he had a v mild dose -around 10 spots in all. DD and DH didn't feel well on Friday when we were leaving, DD had some of what we believed to be bites, DH felt generally unwell. Both slept most of way home! When we got home they both just erupted in spots and have continued to do so. I am a timebomb waiting to get it I reckon (have never had it). I'm itchy thinking about it! We were lucky the spots hadn't come out yday as there was no way they would have let us fly - apparently the air recirculation on the plane spreads it - oops. I do feel bad that it may have spread but we honestly didn't know that was what it was until DH went to out of hours dr yday.
Lucky you off on Holiday again, I could do with another few weeks now! I'm sure the SW scales tomorrow will weigh me heavier but I weighed myself at my mums yday and they weighed me 2 over -mine weighed me 3 over so...?
Have read most of the thread..phew!0 -
Oh well, there'll be a few people with chicken pox next week after being to Florida! Your lot probably picked it up on the plane outbound anyway!
I wouldn't feel bad, it's not your fault.I haven't got one!0 -

Yep, it sure is! They also use boiled brains, trotters, hooves and other gross animal parts to make it!! Also whey/whey powder/whey solids is added to lots of ready made foods - it is part of a cows stomach! One of its uses is to turn milk into cheese (that's why strict veggies eat only vegetarian cheese and products with a 'V' sign) - and cochineal (red food colouring) is crushed beatles! Yum yum!0 -
