I made my cauliflower cheese with skimmed milk and low fat cheese or parmasan as you can get away with less so its not too bad.

Or sometimes i melt some extra light low fat soft cheese and use that as the sauce and then add some paramsan, I add sliced tomatoes to the top.

Hi-I'm new to this thread and have posted this query elsewhere on the forum with no joy-hope somebody here can help . . . .

Please can anyone provide me with an e-source code for WW online.

I used to go to weightwatchers a couple of yrs ago but have now reached my goal weight. However I like to look at the community recipes to keep me on track and to do this you need to go to meetings-at £5 a week, so you can see why I'm not keen!!! Catch 22!

I would be very grateful if anybody cld help me with this. Apparently you just need to ask your leader for an e-source leaflet and the code to enter on the website is on it. Here's hoping . . . . .Please can anyone provide me with an e-source code for weightwatchers online.

Havent got one to hand as each code can only be used once, however when you do get one 3 mths subscription is £15, if you go through quidco you get £15 back, making it free :T

    Hello folks!

Would it be ok for me to join you, coz I need help. I'm feeling like a fat piggy at the moment and I can't stand it anymore! I've been reading your posts for the last couple of days but been too busy to post till now. You're all so lovely and supportive and it's made me feel so motivated to try and get my act together.

A bit about me - I got to target weight about 2yrs ago with SW whohoo! :j It was the first time ever in years and years of dieting but then I've slowly (slowly makes a change for me though!) let things slide and have put half the weight back on again! :o

I've gone up 3 dress sizes and keep having to buy bigger clothes (every bit of extra weight shows coz I'm not very tall) and I feel like humpty dumpty! I've tried to go back to class twice, but there are a few members who know me (they're class helpers) they're still at their target weight - and remember me when I was too. It's too much to bear - I can't face it!

I've still got the books though (and I know the calories in everything too, from other diets)! So I know what to do - it's just putting it into practice, isn't it! I've tried to be good for the last couple of days and I've made a rocky start! The first week or two is hard I think - you're feeling fat and not at your best and have to get used to exercising self control again and you haven't lost any weight yet to spur you on. How did you all cope at first? I'd love to know. It'll help me be good, coz at the moment I don't feel very confident about how long I can stay motivated (having tried and failed so many times recently). Sorry for the essay! Thanks a lot :)

Hello All, read quite a few of the threads and thought i would say hi, i joined SW AGAIN for the 6th time in 5 years in jan and not done well at all. Went mad and lost 12.5lbs in 2 weeks and then fell off the plan big time. Have been ploddibg away, however last wednesday said enough enough and statrted again, i need to loose at least 7 stone, and am size 22. I am going to my best friends wedding in july and want to buy an outfit from monsoon to knock peoples socks of including husbands. I have had a hard yea, had an op that went wrong and now have a rare pain disorder whic makes it difficult to walk. However i have been swimming this week for the first time in months which was great so i am going to make it regular again. I will post after my weight in on wednesday and ask for your support. Thanks for taking the time to read this. X

    Hi,
I too am both a SW and WW veteran who's let things slide.
I got to around 10st last year (lost about 2st) but have been travelling a lot with work over the past 6 months and all of the hotel eating and lack of exercise has let about 1st back on. Sitting here looking at buddha belly feeling fed up with a bag of fruit pastilles! Can I join you? Will start tomorrow (Monday) even though I am still working away until Weds.
Am vegetarian and find that it's hard to eat properly when I'm away (especially in US) as there's usually only 1 or 2 choices and they're normally overcompensating for lack of meat with creamy sauce/fat to make food taste of something. It's usually much better when I cook my own at home and then can be very good. Also had a bit of a sticky time with OH lately (hopefully getting better now) and have comfort eaten my way through enough rubbish to fill a skip!
Have decided enough is enough and am going to lose a stone before August.
Sorry for the rant - I can get on with it now it's out of my system - will just finish off the pastilles first though!!
    Thanks
    Rachel.

    For Rachie (from SW mag)

Creamy Roasted Veg Lasagne (serves 4)

0 syns per serving on green day (add 6 if not using the cheese as a healthy extra)
    Cannot be frozen

Ready in about 1 ¼ hours

    1 red onion
    1 aubergine
    1 courgette
    1 red pepper
    Fry light
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    3 garlic cloves
    350g bag Quorn mince
    2 tsp dried mixed herbs
200g very low fat natural yogurt and 250g of quark
A large pinch of grated nutmeg
400g can of chopped tomatoes and 198g passata
10 sheets of no pre-cook lasagne
    113g cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat oven to 220degC/245degF/Gas 7. Roughly chop onion, aubergine, courgette and pepper. Place on baking sheet sprayed with fry light and season well. Roast in oven for 15-20mins or until cooked.

    2. Meanwhile, crush the garlic and fry in fry light with Quorn until Quorn is cooked. Sprinkle over the herbs and then add the roasted vegetables and stir to mix in all the ingredients.

    3. To make the sauce, whisk the yogurt, quark, nutmeg, chopped tomatoes and passata in a bowl until well combined. Season well.

    4. Spoon half the vegetable mixture into a casserole dish, lay half the lasagne over and top with half the sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with the sauce. Grate the cheese, sprinkle over the top and bake in the oven for 40-45mins. Serve with salad.
