Hi all - I am new to this forum & finding loads of useful tips! I joined a SW class last night to try & lose 1.5 stone over the next few months (first goal 1 stone for hols in 10 weeks!)
I have tried searching the SW website to try & find out if the stir fry vegatable " Pak Choi " is free (I am having a green day today but interested if it is classed as a free veg either day) I am having stir fry tonight & would like to add it to my recipe!
thanks all
Lil

Rachie - just found recipe for creamy roast veg lasagne in a recent SW mag if you still want it.
Hey bargain - good luck with your weight loss goals. 'fraid i can't help on pak choi -am far too ignorant to know such interesting sounding veg!0 -
Hi everyone I've not been around for a while, I sort of lost the plot a bit but this week I lost 2lb so I am back on track again.0

Bargain Lil, I am sure Pak choi would be free, I love it.
Lost 2 lbs this week and takes me in to the 9s, and starting to feel slim now, yipee.
Cauliflower cheese for supper tonight, off out tomorrow night to Pizza Express, and out sunday lunch too, but know what I am having and accouted for it.
Knacked tonight as been for a swim, done a salsa aerobics and a Power acqua class!
And I used to be such a couch potato.
Well done everyone on all your weight losses this week, looks like everyone is doing brilliantly. Have a fab weekend.Pawpurrs x0 -
hi. only jut found this topic cause looked at new posts instead of just browsing certain areas.
I have been going to the gym for bou5 months now and have lost around 2 stone. Motivation is slipping with my eating so am gonna join ww on tuesday as i go on hols in 4 weeks and could have another 7lbs off.
I dont have a problem excercising as I do it 5 times a week. Food is my problem. Ideally have another 3 stone to lose0 -
Weigh in this morning - and another 1 1/2 lbs gone, despite the holiday. Have to tell someone as dh is on the golf course, the kids are asleep and it's too early to ring my sister.
We had a recipe from the curry feast book last night - the chana masala and also the corn on the cob with lime juice and salt (I skipped the chilli). Made chicken TM for dh and the kids and with piles of rice it was really good - had it on our knees whilst watching "The Great Escape". The kids loved the corn - much nicer than butter was the verdict! I can really recommend the Curry Feast book if you like your Indian takeaways - I'm slowly working my way through it.
What I love about SW is that we can all eat healthily together without the kids watching me continually weighing portions or eating minute amounts.“the princess jumped from the tower & she learned that she could fly all along. she never needed those wings.”

Hi-I'm new to this thread and have posted this query elsewhere on the forum with no joy-hope somebody here can help . . . .
Please can anyone provide me with an e-source code for WW online.
I used to go to weightwatchers a couple of yrs ago but have now reached my goal weight. However I like to look at the community recipes to keep me on track and to do this you need to go to meetings-at £5 a week, so you can see why I'm not keen!!! Catch 22!
I would be very grateful if anybody cld help me with this. Apparently you just need to ask your leader for an e-source leaflet and the code to enter on the website is on it. Here's hoping . . . . .Please can anyone provide me with an e-source code for weightwatchers online.0
