Just bought myself a set of digital scales and am horrified _pale_ , I am about 4lbs heavier than I thought!!

I also bought the SW magazine and after a quick flick through I was inspired

And a fridge full of quorn sausages (are the different flavours all free too??), pots of quark, quorn mince, and also tin tomatoes, pasta and rice!

I think I bought about 4 quorn products so will save my receipt to send off to get my voucher! thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the recipe tips all!! :T

p.s. can anyone tell me if poached eggs are free on Green? :starmod: And also how many syns does Weight Watchers wine have?? (1 WW point per glass or 90 calories if I remember rightly?) :staradmin

    Hi All

First time poster, be gentle ;)

I have joined SW classes in the past and tbh didnt get much out of them, usually I was the only bloke and more often than not any weight loss was met with tuts and muted complaints about my gender :D Because of this I decided to weigh myself at home.....

Fast forward 3 years and add about 3 stone and I am now in need of the SW diet! I have all the books, trouble is there is a lot of new products out there and I need to use their sin...sorry, syn calculator.

Is there anyway I can get access without paying for it, I do not have a username or password with them and no idea what the monthly password is. Can anyone help me?

If not, how many syns are the new fat free pot noodles? ;)

    Thanks

    Anthony
