honey28 wrote:Jeni - I had a look for the syns for you. The best I could find was " Tesco Stir Fry Suace, Black Bean 440g" - 21.5 syns   or "Tesco Finest 350g jar" which is 14.5 syns  Whatever it is, I'd leave it in the cupboard!!!! :rotfl:
That's what my old syn directory said too but i had high hopes that it had been updated. Ta very much Honey and well done on going back to class.
Keep forcing yourself to think about everything you eat..."would i rather have this chocolatey biscuit or would i rather look so stunning that looking into a mirror will give me the same high as the chocolatey biscuit..."

And for my third (but probably not final) post i'll say I made Consultant's syn-free pizza from the recipe index last night. The smash base crisped up very well and was very pizza base like but then i spoiled it by putting too many sloppy toppings on it which made some of the base a bit soggy!!
Still - was a wonderful use of instant mash and very convincing as a pizza (at least to me!) so thanks again to consultant for the recipe! Will try it again properly soon.
Lois - did you have a lovely hol?
It's that time of the month for me too but i can't decide when it shows up on the scales for me. Sometimes it shows up with a maintain the week before and sometimes not until the specifc evil week itself. Thus i'm able to blame the period at least twice a month for any irregularities!
Good luck to all this week.0 -

Thank you for the input, Moira. Luckily I'm not always that hungry late at night! I'm finding it a bit difficult to eat so much breakfast, so today I just put it in my bag for later - I'm eating it right now.
Pug, every month when Aunty Bloaty visits me I gain one or two pounds and do NOT lose them again after that.:[ Makes my life misery because if I eat "normally" I simply put more and more weight.'They can tak' oour lives but they cannae tak' oour troousers!'The Nac Mac Feegle0 -

It's not allowed to publish the password as it is against copyright, sorry.
