First check in after holiday and weigh in.
Like Lois I wasn't as good as I could have been, but still better than I was when we went last year! Beer was my downfall - not the puddings.
First three days back with my tribe of kids has been really manic. I was naughty last night and had fish and chips from the chip shop. Hadn't had them for a long while. They were soooo good, but at the same time I knew I wouldn't miss them if I didn't have them for another ten weeks or so!
Anyway - I have to say I was literally having nightmares that I had gained 4 lbs. You can imagine my delight when I was told lost 1!!!!:j
At least that has really motivated me not to cheat this week.

please can i join your club. i started on ww on the 18th, and weighed today on boots scales and have lost 6lb so far not bad in 10 days.
