Hello Honey 28, thank you for your input. I have not joined any slimming plan or club. My personal plan is just to eat less and weigh less...
So far today I have eaten Start and chopped up apple with milk. 2 mugs of coffee. mid morning-2 plums. Mellon and strawberrys, ham roll for lunch and for tea I am cooking 2 poached eggs with grilled bacon, 2 x toast. After the morning coffee intake I move on to glasses of cold water all day. I ditched the apple squash when we had that hot spell and have bought no more.
Please tell me about your diet?

Would someone mind telling me the syn value for Tesco Black Bean Sauce (540g jar), if it can be found?

Having just moved into the boyf's flat we've accumalated a massive collection of food in the kitchen cupboards that we're trying to use up without me putting on 10lbs.

There may be more posts like this as i continue to find random jars and cans that he's owned since he was single :D

    Cheers all.

    Im feeling like crap today.

Every second weekend I have my children, which I really look forward to, but I cant help myself with the eating :(

I was very good though and Friday morning went to the Gym, according to the machines I burnt 700 cals

    Cycle 15min
    Cross Trainer 15min
    Treadmill 10 mins
180 Stomach Crunches (using that curly thing, so probably doing it wrong  )

Does anyone have ideas with regards to levels of CV work I can do withut risk of building muscle?

Not my usual amount but I was meant to be working from home and had a meeting to get to in Solihull.

So I need to get to the gym three times this week as Saturday Im in London going to the theatre and Sunday in Coventry seeing the Red Hot Chili Peppers :j

I am going to Dubai 26th July for a few days, which is one month today, I am going to aim for 1 stone to lose, taking the start point as the weight from when I last saw my dietician which was 10 days ago.

So can someone point me into the Gym please!

    Thanks

    Hi Guys

I have been quite a few points under this week, just because of a hectic schedule. Should I abe aiming to use all my WW points that I haven't used or will that help my weight loss this week, if i just forget about them?

Hello everybody, there goes my report:having been monitoring my meals for the last two weeks; I bought some scales on Friday and got utterly depressed when I broke into them. On Saturday I make a meal plan for the whole week before going shopping, then stuck to the list at the supermarket. For me the planning is the thing that works best - otherwise my focus gets blurred...Then I came to work today with my sarnie and fresh mango... and found "pushed" to participate of the sandwich feast (6pax meal for a meeting of only 2). For some reason I don't understand I was very hungry, so I fell to temptation :( but tried to nibble especially on the fresh fruit.I had a good breakfast so I shouldn't have been that hungry! And it took me ages to eat this morning 'cos I was not hungry at all (not surprising, since I suddenly felt really hungry at bedtime and decided the leftovers of the free green dinner would be much better than a couple of toast pieces, which are not free).Huh, I guess I need to re-adjust again.

</p>What sort of seaweed is it? Different types taste different and are better used in different ways. I am mad about nori - that's the one you use to wrap sushi -, but for a soup with a treat I use wakame in very small bits.

Can you give me the nutritional info from the jar, cos I can't find it in the Directory?

Well after a bad few weeks and not being to class for the past 2 weeks I finally plucked up the courage to go back. In a way I wish I hadnt but mainly I am glad I did - if ever there was a better way to get a kick up the backside putting on 3.5lb was it  This I think is partly down to time of month but the rest is down to me being a total starvo over the past couple of weeks. I am so mad with myself. I had lost a stone, was comfortable but wanted to lose a bit more. I have now put 5lb of that stone back on

I'm sooooooo cross. Well, honey28 is back and she is going to lose that 5lb, and some!!!!
