I'd highly recommend Logan's Removals and Storage in Ballymena. Call Paul Logan on 07710 330759
.
Paul moved us from South West England to Bangor and he was much much cheaper than any other quote we had got. He's a very straight guy, honest and punctual. We've got stuff in storage with him also so will be using him again soon when we move into our new house. I couldn't recommend him enough. We were recommended him by some friends of ours who were equally impressed.0 -
we used A1 removals in Ballygowan (028 9024 1494)for an East Belfast move, and we had a medical emergency on the day we moved and they stored everything over the weekend for us free of charge because my 2 year old was being kept in and they brought the stuff out on the Monday for us - beyond the call of duty! they were cheapest quote we got tooNorn Iron Club Member #64

i wouldnt recommend star rentals in bangor. we used them when moving and for storage for af ew weeks in between. they were 2 hours late the day we were leaving our last house. then day we got new house they didnt turn up had to phone them and they forgot arrived 3 hours later. not even a bit of discount or anything offered0

we used fosters in holywood. lovely guys, very helpful and very efficient. great price too!!love you lots like jelly tots0

We used Fosters too and were disgusted when they showed up a man down. It took them 12 hours to finish the move. Our buyers were in the house (their house!) and we hadn't got all of our stuff out by lunch time - it was really embarrassing and stressful. I thought the owner of Fosters should have shed the suit and stepped into the breach - surely if you want to save your business you have to be flexible sometimes! My husband had to help the two removal guys even though he was supposed to be sorting things out at the new house.
Removal people are crying out for business and we backed the (more expensive) loser because we went for recommendations from this site. I definitely won't use Fosters again  .Stercus accidit0 -
I'd say avoid Browns. They sent some contracters when we hired them (without letting us know ahead of time). Just before they left one of the guys headed to the bathroom. The others made a bit of a thing about it, teasing him etc which seemed a bit odd at the time. Next night we were broken into via that bathroom window - the catch was open despite the fact we hadn't opened it. The person who broke in seemed to know their way around. It's possible that we've jumped to conclusions so make your own mind up but there wasn't a lot of doubt in my mind.0

I used dial a van in Bangor - they were really good - they connected my cooker and everything as i was a girl living by myself. They were really helpful throughout removal.0

Dixon Line in East Belfast. I used them for furniture storage & delivery as we had major renovation work going on and they were great. A colleague used them when she last moved house and also speaks highly of them.0
