Bid for the oldest UFO-1989. A scarily expensive and huge linen cross stitch kit bought to tone in with...er...the living room I had in 1989. I was in hospital for a couple of months last year, and got back into cross stitching as a form of therapy for shaky hands and muddled mind. Once I got home, I thought I knew where all the bits of my oldest UFO were...nope. I do have others, but that's the one I really want.....import this0

quick update - though sorry have not had time to do some piccies (sore throat from yesterday) have done a tiny bit of the swags on the Tablecloth (and had a panic I had done the flowers in the wrong blue!!!). But all the lovely pictures on here of the beautiful x stitch made me envious of the way they build so I crumbled and did a quick stitch of a lovely xmas tree (for a card) today from my new ebay book and started on some bells, so another UFO goes to the pile. (oh and just won another peice on ebay as well to add to the pile !!!). Could someone invent a 25th hour in a day just to stitch in please .0

My Sonic is almost done, just a few stitches in off white and white to do. I started on something for my MIL, 4 hearts from a free chart I found on a brazilian website! I will get my DH to make some frames (he's a joiner which is quite handy!) I'm getting much quicker at stitching, I'm saving up for the 'Dictionary of Cakes' kit which will be my first proper cross stitch project. I have my own cake decorating business so I thought that would be appropriate!
Here is the hearts so far, I've just started the 3rd one. Do you think this will look ok when it is finished and framed?Grocery Challenge £5.43/£320.00
