Lynzpower - The form is in the back templates library part of the forum.

Just out of curiosity has anyone got the statements back from barclays with your cheque for £10 saying that this service is free? I though that barclays would jump at the opportunity to gain an easy £10!

Especially considering i'm about to ask for my charges back, although it is only £55. But if it goes to small claims court then I can add interest and that makes it worthwhile.

    Hi friends,

Is it possible to claim back charges from credit card companies also?! I paid loads of charges towards a marbles credit card I had a number of years ago. Should I bother?

    Thanks for your advice.

    Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated.

I don't have any statements for that credit card anymore so how can I claim back charges?

Also, what type of charges can I claim back?!

The card was eventually paid off but that's after it was transferred to a debt collection agency etc...

Should I just contact marbles and request statements for the entire period my account was opened?!

Your advice would be much appreciated.
