Your term has reduced more than mine as we reduced payments, and we repaid similar amounts last year and so far this year.
You constantly amaze me Pammy as i do my extras and DH works, but you do it all.
Well done. :beer:0 -
I was helped by the rate going from 5.89 to 3.5%, thats where I reduced 7 years there and upped my payments by £100.

Me neither really. We should work on that at some stage, but then again i am not unhappy. We have plenty of companionship and entertainment on line don't we.
Did you see there was a new guy on the panel who meet about the rates, and it was 6-3 for a rise last time, and then 7-2 this time so might be a good while longer yet.0 -
Im not unhappy either. I think I am a recluse but then I am comfortable in my own company rather than others. I think that is why I am making myself do homestart to have something different in my life other than work, kids and laptop!MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

No I work part time, plus get maintenance and tax credits and what I get from ebay and surveys etc.
I just spent £33 on two jumpers and a polo shirt for kids cubs yesterday off ebay though so from my profits.
Just worked out that I have paid £22,819 in 3 and half years off my mortgage. (the first 18 months with no OP)MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Thanks. That's an encouragement to me. Maybe I'll be able to get some serious OPs done with p/t work, maintenance and TCs too, then.
Just need to get this building work finished and paid for and then I can start in earnest.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49
