Well done Minnie - you'll soon be a little waif and need feeding up!:T :T0 -

Oh, go on! Let me show off a bit! It's taken flipping ages for this to happen. All those hours of toil in the gym ... :rotfl: And waif-ness is a loooooooooong way off yet! Not that I approve of that sort of thing mind!
My lovely trainer (he's a positive saint) tells me that you should have one day a week where you pig out (God, he's good!) - apparently, it throws your metabolism into panic and overdrive (but only if you're eating "clean food" for the rest of the week. I take care to wash everything in Fairy Liquid Sunday to Friday to ensure this is happening).
So enjoy your dinner out tonight - I've having a curry at home in front of the laptop. What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
OOOH I think I'd like curry and laptop - instead I have curry house and nightclub......will attempt plain rice and chikken tikka.......and lots of drinkies to wash it down:D
Enjoy!0 -

Oooh! A nightclub! Dance a lot! What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
Am most proud of myself.....Ate plain rice, chicken tikka and a little sag aloo and had just two glasses of wine and a vodka & coke.
OH severely boring and refused nightclub...but he did have to get up for work at 5.30am!! So I was home again at 11pm with no dancing having been done. Mind you....OH and I managed to have a monster argument - one of those stupid ones that develops out of absolutely nothing so am sure that worked off a few calories....no my lovelies...the shouting..:D ...we didn't make up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:o0 -
Oh dear, Freebird! Sounds like a good night up until the point you went home! Couldn't you have gone a-disco dancing without him?
Or maybe you could make up for the lack of dancing and make up in other ways tonight? What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -

NO?
Oh well. You won't know that I've lost another 2LBS then!
:j
Woohoo, congratulations Minnie :T
Freebird, how're you feeling now?
I also like the idea of a feast once a week!My problem is once I start eating my favourite foods I find it really difficult to stop!!
I'm going out for a meal tomorrow night, I have a proper date for the first time in ages!! We've met for a drink so far, but only for a couple of hours on a Sunday night, so I'm a bit nervous and also determined no to order too much! The occasion and the sight of the menu may overwhelm me though :rotfl:"Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Hey LA!
It really, really works! My trainer is a genius, IMHO. I really look forward to the Saturday pig-out and I'm still losing weight. Oink, oink, slim! :rotfl:
Freebird - hope you patched things up. If not, there's another slice of Vincent on tonight. Just dream...
I wonder how our Bobbly is getting on? Good I hope! I wish to live vicariously! What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160
