Did you see him take the punch bag to task? He's so manly and sexy and everything.
Oh, I DO love him so! What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about? :eek:Official "Bring back Mark and Lard NOW! or else (please)" Member 160 -
Yaay Minnie Spender!! Well done! :j :T Not looked at this thread for a few days...
I haven't weighed myself lately but did manage a 27 mile walk on Saturday.. felt really ill afterwards though and had to stop the car twice on the way home to be sick, not nice!
Feeling ok now, but there is a lot of stuff going round apparently...
Hi Bobble Hat and Looking Ahead and hope you are feeling better now Freebird! X0 -
Hello all,
Freebird, have you made up with OH yet?
Hi LookingAhead, nice to meet you.
Hi Luckystepho, bit worried about the vomiting, excercise good, but overdoing it bad. Always good to carry some sort of carbs and water for end of session.
How goes it with everyone else?
My 'Thanks' button doesn't work, so apologies for all those who've asked about date and I've not thanked.
Off out tonight, I've got to pick him up as he does not drive, so not sure about that. Is second time we've met, first time doesn't count as I was wearing the thickest Beer goggles. LOL :rotfl:
Very nervous, going for meal in lovely pub, will probably spill something on myself, or him, which could be worse. LOL He's cute, tall, dark, and 4 years younger than me! Will post tomorrow, have no PC at home (still saving the MSE way)."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Bobble - just enjoy....and make sure you don't order spaghetti!! And if you're driving then at least you can't accidentally drink too much and say daft things!
(Oh there speaks the voice of experience..hehehehehe)
Luckystepho.....take a bag of mixed nuts and dried fruit to munch on long walks....it's slow release energy food and will stop you having weak spells like that - drink loads of water too!
OH and I have not spoken a word since Sat night - have never had a row like this before. I don't really know what to do. Am sick of backing down and apologising when he's in the wrong, but hate this atmosphere too. Right now I just want him to move out and leave me alone - it's that bad! Rats, now I'm crying again! Sorry all - should just keep this to myself eh?
Good for the weight loss though.....don't feel like eating so have just been nibbling salad and managed an omelette this morning....down 4lbs on last week!0 -

The bit at the beginning where he looked sexily at that tart and talked to her all huskily had me going all weak and irrational!!!
He can take me to task anytime!!!0 -

Thanks Freebird. Will definitely avoiding spaghetti, if fact definitely anything noodle-like. Had noodles last week with work colleagues and had to return to work with noodle splashes all over my top! Don't apologise, I tell everyone everything, that way I deal with the emotions straight away and they don't get bottled up and come back to haunt me when I'm actually happy.I hope things improve for you. :grouphug:

No, you shouldn't keep stuff to yourself. Is this silence a "glowering" silence, or it is an "Aw crap! Have you seen the size of this hole I've dug?" kind of silence?
You can answer that for both of you.freebird65 wrote:don't feel like eating so have just been nibbling salad and managed an omelette this morning....down 4lbs on last week!
You know that's not sustainable.
Get something to eat. Maybe start with a naughty treat and take it from there."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)
"We were born and raised in a summer haze." Adele 'Someone like you.'
"Blowing your mind, 'cause you know what you'll find, when you're looking for things in the sky." OMD 'Julia's Song'0 -
He's rubbish at arguments - doesn't know what to say and has never heard of sorry so goes silent until I usually grit my teeth and apologise even though it's not my fault. This time I'm being stubborn and won't back down so the silence is a bit long. Hmmm...so that's a large hole digging kind of silence I guess.
And don't worry about the lack of eating - it won't last long as I love my food far too much! Am just eyeing up some Tescos finest bangers to go with this fab mash I've got....comfort food central!!!(Just can't be bothered to cook...yet).
