Hi all,
I've just updated the chart and I'm almost £900 ahead at the moment so things are good. Won't be able to overpay as much next month with all the additional expenses coming our way but from August onwards we should be good.
Goals for July.
1. Create a new budget for our new income.
2. Focus on reducing our grocery spending - try to use up our giant store cupboard
3. Continue to PAD and set up an account for PAD money
4. Contact campsite and try to negotiate another child for free
5. Shop around for the furniture we have to buy

hi there Ging
does the furniture HAVE to be new or could you ask on freecycle? I am sure you could get decent bed bases on there? We got a John Lewis cabin bed off freecycle. Absolutely mint condition...so it can be done.
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

thanks. I've already had a look on freecycle. As we are foster parents our furniture for the kids does have to be really good standard. I will keep looking though.

Hi all,
I've got a really busy day today. The third brother is coming for his first tea and I've got tonnes to do before he arrives (so why am I on here I wonder). I'll be managing the contact alone which is not ideal for the first one so I also need to think of some structure to it to stop it turning into chaos.
Pants! Just realised I need to also go and buy another booster seat for the car.
Best go.......
