Sorry to be a pain, but I'm now at the stage of my rejected letters from B and Q for my dishwashers and water butts. Loss of bargain is down and I was looking for the correct wording for the court claim so I can commence proceedings.

Could someone pm me a good text to use and the correct website to use.

    Thanks,
(hope loss of bargain comes back on line soon)

Tom's twitter site has been down for a few days too.

Has anyone heard anything from him recently?

Tom has probably settled out of court, agreeing to remove his website and signing a confidentiality agreement. I hope so, he deserves a result for all his efforts.

Does mean we are on our own but I think he has given us enough info to be able to plow ahead.

I hope this is not true - I have printed off all my correspondence with B&Q etc, but was relying on Tom's web-site for good advice as I've not yet filed. I was - perhaps - one of many waiting to see before I file.....
Hope someone, somewhere has logged it all and can make it available for those like me if that has happened to Tom.

I would not jump to the conclusion that Tom has settled out of court and signed a confidentiality agreement. Perhaps he has been informed that the website may harm his case?

I'm sure someone who...er...cannot be identified in person would be willing to put the same information out there. I personally copied a lot of the wording and letters off his site and kept a copy for my own use.
