I can assure you that B&Q are well aware of this and there is no need to bombard the top.0

please do not let B&q put anyone off by B&Q stating they will use the get out clause, it is a load of old toot.
When you get a reply like that of the above - file the claim straghtaway! the lossofbargain.c o.u k site (which is not profit making, does not help me in anyway, in fact it took me the best part of my weekend, and is there to help others - therefore doesnt warrant deletion!) should help!
Why are you quoting www.losssofbargain.co.uk with spaces in it? Is it not better to put it as a linky?Gone ... or have I?0 -
blame the blackberry. tiny buttons.0

yes they currently owe me 1 dishwasher and 2 water tanks ... had the standard "f-off" letters from them regarding both orders .. gonna claim in a single court case for loss of bargain, breach of contract by failure to supply for all 3 items if that is possible. :money:
hmm couldnt advise whether that is possible. I would do them separatly.0 -
DMG Goes off for a wander round the site.0

Nope, am searching for a hotel in San Francisco at the mo.
You, or someone else, appears to have deleted all references to your site, www.lossofbargain.co.uk ... all due to your dodgy Blackberry, or another reason?Gone ... or have I?0 -

maybe someone with a lot of time of their hands moaned about the link in the first place. Not that it is benefitting me in anyway, except probably to advertise B&Q0 -

You are being very cryptic Tom, and there is no reason to be so. If you are not allowed to publicise your website on here, then just say so!Gone ... or have I?0 -
there is a difference in promoting your business, i.e. spam links then actually something you set up to help other people. some people clearly think that helping others falls under the 'whats in it for me stake'. Not being cryptic.0

about to fire off the small claims... now I ordered 2 tanks from B&Q..
Do I do it as one for both tanks or two claims for each tank seperately? It's hard to find the balance when you are love.
You're lost in the middle cause you have to decide between mind & heart.
