Elastigirl - I use the pregnacare tablets with added omega 3 (their dearer than the normal ones) and also had excellant blood counts etc. I was told by the consulant "I dont know what your doing but carry on doing it" I swear it 's the vitamins with added omega 3. I religiously take them and also like the fact that they have the days of the week on the packet as a reminder to take them.
The Tesco are cheaper and for the last month I've gone onto them , think there 3 4 2 at the moment too.

I just had a letter from my boss saying that they are giving me an ex-gratia payment in this months pay! I didn't even realise they had put my name forward. That is going to be great for buying baby stuff and hopefully I'll have some left to put aside for when I am on no pay.:T I love my employer.:jTegan Lily arrived 4 November 2009 (3 days late)
Floyd Peter arrived 9th July 2011 (1 day early)0 -

Will these work for afterbirth pains too ?
How do you know how many you should be on now and after birth ?
Must admit i didnt know about them - thanks0 -
They should be the same as the tea - I got mine from Holland & Barrett and it says on the side that take one capsule 3 to 6 times daily, pref with meals, or may be taken as a tea by opening the capsule into a cup then adding hot water.0

I've had both tea and capsules with different pregnancies, for me personally capsules had little or no effect. I don't like herbal teas but the raspberry fruit flavour is quite pleasant and I drink it warm with sugar. It makes the uterus harder then the pains are more effective. They only lasted a week last time by which time I was back in my jeans.Too many children, too little time!!!0 -
Tara - just got home and checked your pics! She is just beautiful! I like Madison too, it's a lovely name. Glad you're doing so well too :j0

Congratulations Tara, she is gorgeous:T
Hypno, hope you are well and get home soon.
Consultant app today went better in some ways than others. Bubs has turned so did'nt get booked in for a section, but BP has shot through the roof. So blood tests and monitoring and wait until tomorrow for the results.
Lots of BH's and back ache so hoping things get moving before they want to try anything else.
Hope everyone is well. x
