Fidget – I have been getting RLS since pretty early on (not every night though) and it drives you crazy! I have a mini scream and get up and walk about shaking my legs and trying to think of something to do! In the end I usually go to bed as I don’t seem to get it in bed – only when lying on the sofa! Very odd.

I'm exactly the same- end up going up to bed as my legs feel alright when I'm in bed. Must be something about being on the sofa. Crazy!

Had a very trying day at work today- I feel like nothing gets done unless I do it myself. Ended up worn out, with a very sore back and came home for a good old cry. I'm so frustrated as I felt like work had been going well, and that I could cope with the last 9 weeks.....not so sure now, and no idea what to do about it.

Treating myself to a takeaway tonight as OH made it clear he can't be arsed to cook, even though I definitely don't feel up to cooking.

OK, DH got home from work whilst I was getting ready, he searched for the theatre tickets and guess what - they are for tomorrow night!! Oh well, early finish from work for nothing. Now I need to think about making dinner though. Think it will be tuna pasta bake and garlic bread.

GISI - what do you work as? You start quite early sometimes so I keep wondering. I had a stressful day at work too due to my incompetent team of staff. It had settled down for a few weeks and I was just getting things tidied up and organised to hand over to whoever takes over, but then an error was discovered and the sh*t hit the fan and now my bosses want all sorts of reports done. They know it's not my fault and it's not a training issue, it's just that some people are stupid. But I feel like a failure and it stresses me out. I need to be watching everything, answering stupid questions constantly, and I just can't cope with them any longer. Rant over!

Suzy – Hope your DS is ok. A few people at my work have been off with swine flu. I think if you are going to get it, you will. There are only so many precautions you can take. It doesn’t appear to be worse than normal flu, just higher profile. They will probably tell your family to stay in for a few days and not venture out to contain it in case it is flu.

Thanks - Well the G.P phoned me back and they don't do anything unless patients temperatures reached 38.4 (I'm sure that is what she said, wrote it down but it's upstairs now) then and only then do they do anything about it so it's a case of riding the storm. Ds looks dreadful but still wants to go out tonight (he's 15) . OH is showing symptoms too so I've been lay on the bed with him with a muslin over my nose and mouth a la Michael Jackson. Don't think it helped much but felt it was some type of precaution

If it's gonna happen then it's gonna happen.

Worse thing is I'm the only female in a house of 5 males can you imagine what it's going to be like if they all get it!
