I'm the same Helen, my cut off for coke or a cup of tea is 5pm! I have decaf tea bags for evening or I'd be up all night!0

I've spent the day baking for a friend who is having a party tomorrow to celebrate her husband finishing his degree. Wisely, or unwisely, I decided to make double rations in the hope that this would mean I could hide half for tomorrow, and the kids would be satisfied with what I'd left out. However I've just had to taste what I made (for quality control purposes natch
) and after one piece of caramel shortbread and one chocolate brownie am feeling decidedly _pale_. Hope this is just a manifestation of my current icky tummy, and not a reflection on how they actually taste!

im just filling in my MA forms and have a couple of questions i was hoping someone would be able to help me with?
1. do the 13 wage slips have to be from my current employer? i was transferred last sept and some of my higher wages were from my old employer.
2. some of my best wage slips include things like backpay, gratuities, incentive pay and holiday pay, do these count or do they only take into account the basic earnings?
thanks JM
Hi - I don;t know about the second question, but I know that you can choose any 13-week period within your test period, so go for the one with the highest pay. Wouldn't have thought backpay would be counted though.
If you search back posts by me, I posted a number a few days ago for the MA people and they are really helpful. I'm sure they can tell you quickly the answer to the other question. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Hedge alert update:
County council man has come out and taken pictures, but while he was here the woman from next-door-but-one (NDBO) came out to ask why their hedge hadn;t been cut. Turns out it was them that called and asked for it to be done, and it is HA responsibility.
Really rather cross with them as they want it cut cos they claim it cuts their light - but they have big sheds and a conifer hedge which is probably the real reason! Certainly my garden is always sunny.
Anyway, have phoned the HA who said that it should have been cut to 6ft minimum not 5ft, and they're very sorry, will come and have a look on Monday and then get back to me.
But of course they aren;t going to pay for a new fence are they? So what can we ask of them? I'm glad they won;t cut it this far down in future but that doesn;t help us till it grows back, if it does at all.
Still, at least he was a nice man I suppose.
So cross with NDBO though!:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Skinty, you're usually pretty well read up so hope you can answer a question. I've got a little upset this afternoon which is why I haven't been back on. MW came and has said I will need to be induced on Sunday, which means hospital. Do you know what happens if I refuse?Too many children, too little time!!!0

Not a lot! They can;t force you to do anything, they are supposed to offer you choices and it is your decision.
obviously, sometimes there are times when induction is a good idea, but there are many more times when it is just what they want to do, and you can say no.
If you find that hard, because they make it difficult for you, then simply agree to the appointment then don;t turn up. Much less confrontational.
If you tell me why they want to induce you I can raid my research and get some specific info for you. :j
