  • Yes, she does, am pretty sure - and I think I got a stamp from the surgery too. But no reason why you couldn't request it I wouldn't think? not sure what the form's called but the surgery should be familiar with the Health in Pregnancy Grant.

    Good news Skinty!

    Good news Skinty!

Welcome Morganmoo - I started a thread "MSE help for baby" where people have put a lot of useful things on. Although it drifted after the first page with someone making a comment about second hand things!!

Nancmat - your entitled to it so your MW can't complain, you can always make an appointment especially with your MW to get it complete and pick up your MATB1 form.

Thanks for letting us know tia, I was worried about you.

SM, your little one is gorgeous. I missed the picture last night for some reason.

We have exactly what we needed and an extra shelf from Ikea for €2. Score! And I got to eat meatballs and chips and a chocolatey dessert. I got new curtains for the living room, so we can move the dark blue ones into the bedroom and not be awakened quite so early by the sunlight.

I'm still hungry after eating my lunch - will it stop raining long enough for me to get to the shop and back do you think? Although not really sure what I want to eat!

said she understood and that I was making the right decision and if I wanted a job back here then it wouldn't be a problem. Turns out I'm the 2nd manager to hand notice in today - although I've said I would be finishing on 14th August for mat leave anyway so will be formally handing notice in once I get offer letter.

aw skinty glad u sorted that out - I spent ages on hold to HMRC this am, posing once as employee then as employer!

Morgan - SMP isn't based on what you earn, it depends on how long u have worked for your employer. This website will tell you more

Check out ebay for mat clothes - I got a bundle for a tenner! 1 pair of jeans, black trousers and 2 tops.
I've bought loads of second hand stuff at car boots
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I was too upset to take their details but know the chap who was in the car. I wouldnt ask them for any money just expected some compasion from them..

She wasnt insured as very old and had other health issues when we got her so not able to insure.

I don't think i am entitled to anything am i being a SAHM. Hubby works too may hours and only just earns the min amountfor me to not to be able to appy for a grant as well. It not fair as we only just manage to muddle along and i feel those in the middle are not entitled to anything.

It's sad as i love cats but after we loose this one which i hope won't be for a very long time yet but we won't be having any more. We just have really bad luck with them. We had a gorgous long haired grey and he was ran over right outside our house AHole didn't stop. We paid hundreds for an op but had to have him put down in the end, we had one stolen we knew who had her and saw it in their house we went around to get her and they claimed the cat was thiers but this was before micro chipping and we couldn't prove she was ours. Next one had a heart condition lived on tabs and died suddenly she was our baby and miss her so much to this day, i swear she was human. and finally our current one has epilepsy and also lives on tabs.

I hope you find the person who ran your cat over nancmat it is hearbreaking.
