Wow, loads to catch up on today! Apologies for the long post!

Jillie – thanks for the info about the midwife. Mine just says I am a nice size for my dates, and feels for the top of my womb, but she hasn’t measured me. Might ask about it next time.

WM, Fidget – hugs to you.

MTW, Pink & Tara (Happy due date) – Labour vibes to you all (and sneaky mini labour vibes to SS!!)

Wooo! Mrs Moc – congratulations to you! So pleased things have worked out for you, even if it’s not been ideal. At least you are getting home and your baby girl is safe. I think that’s a record number of thanks! Everyone has been worried about you. X

Skinty – pleased baby is growing find and head down. You can stop worrying so much now and just enjoy the rest of your pregnancy hopefully!

Catz – well done and good luck for the induction if you don’t manage to post before then. Make sure and update us afterwards!

GISI – hope you enjoyed your anniversary dinner. We had leftover roast from Sunday dinner and I felt a bit daft eating such winter food outside on a warm night, but it tasted great anyway!

Agscully - make sure you post some pics of your scan. And update your sig to match your new date!

My day was fine, but the swelling in my feet/ankles is just awful. Alternating between feet in cold water basin, and legs raised on couch. Back to the basin now....

Hi Kat. Yes you will get pics at your scans. You need to go and pay at the main hospital after you get them but I kept forgetting cos I was so excited and had to go back the next day and own up. The 12wk pic is £3. 20 wk is £5, think any later ones are £6.95 (ie mine to check growth at 31 weeks).

And they do the 4D between 26 and 30 weeks for £65. Not sure I would recommend that though. I did love seeing bubs again and I'm glad I did, but you don't see everything in 4D, it's all just like the normal scan then they take 4D photos but they come from a different angle than you are viewing and so are not necessarily that good. I am waiting for mine to be emailed through next week when I will load up the only one I got of her face and you can decide for yourself if you think it is worth the money.

My baby is, however, just as bad as her mum when it comes to cameras and was determined to hide so someone else might tell you a different story. Just be aware that you don't get 20 mins of 4D viewing.

Just been to first parentcraft class and scared myself stupid with the nasty birth videos. What can I watch to get that image out of my head.
How the hell am I going to do that on my own????

    xxxxx
    Hi Harley

Thank you so much for the info...scary how the little tykes start costing you money way before they are born. I'd already seen the £65 price tag on the 4D  I think we, and the grandparents, might have to make do with stills!!
Parentcraft classes - something to look forward to, but not going to think about the scary stuff yet :rotfl:... all my friends who've been through it tell me you forget all about it as soon as you hold your baby - and I have decided I am going to believe them  !!!

Heya gang have had a long, hot, sticky day :( so glad its over and can finally chill. Fellin really queezy atm dont know if its morning sickness or maybe the heat. Havent got the energy to read many posts so apologies if I missanything, or anyone major.

Triggles - we are in private poperty atm, and its already a struggle to pay rent let alone while on mat leave!

Harley - You poor soul, sounds like a right drama. I don't know what to say, we've sold several of the sets in our store with no issues though. As for the chassis you can but ask. Wish I could be more help but its sounds like such a major issue.

Glam - saw you mentioned aquanatel classes, just wondered when you can start those I really need to get back into an excercise routine.

Anyhoo, I wish you all cool breezes and a peaceful nights sleep xx
