Glam - is ur new job at the hosp?

sort of - it's the next big town down from you, just to the west of where I live.

It's working for the Hospital Trust but doing data quality in GP practices
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
Skinty - Glad the scan went well and your little is just fine ;)
Catz - I wondered about you the other day, but noticed you were still posting on the comps board. Hope everything goes well for you next week.
    Triggles
    - our bedroom has been between 25-26 over the past few days, and that with the widows open during the evening
Glam - hope it goes well with you bosses when you tell them. Shame about the Mat benefits, but at least you have something to focus on after maternity leave.
Always - it's nice to hear FIL has a good sense of humour, hopefully it will keep him in good stead over the next few months.
Tia - hope things begin to settle soon.
Jillie - I've got three full weeks left at work :D

Hubby and I have just been for a nice walk with a bit of a picnic - was nice to get out for bit and it doesn't feel as stuffy now. He now sat outside with BIL and a couple of beers. I think I'm going to hit bejeweled - I've got some cathcing up to do!

forgot to say earlier - I spoke to the MW in work who takes the aquanatal classes near where I work. She said I can go there instead of where I live for now.

    Work - 3pm-4pm Mondays
    Home - 12.30pm-1.30pm Tuesdays

makes more sense geographically so might start that soon, then when I change job I'll go nearer home.

Congratulations MrsMoc,thats wonderful news and what a beautiful name for your little girl! Hope your both ok x
Skinty, fab news about your scan, please try relax now and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy as it goes by so quickly!!
MM, I haven't been on for a few days so don't think Ive said it, so..congratulations on finally bringing baby Dylan home where he belongs.

Was hubbys birthday on Tuesday so we went to the cinema to see Transformers2,then yesterday I was really tired so couldn't be bothered posting, but I was keeping up to date. Well Im still really tired today. The heat and my hayfever don't help things but I think Im anemic. Got a letter from my doctors surgery saying they had recieved my iron/B12/ferritin blood test results and need to see me about it. Im going to make an appointment for first thing, get myself sorted out. Is breathlessness a sign of anemia aswell as tiredness? That'll explain alot then if it is.
Im abit happier with work, handed my hol dates in that I need to take in order for me to qualify for SMP, and Ive told my boss I'd like to drop down to 3 days a week to see if can cope better. My thinking is that if I don't over do it,I;ll be able to hang on for longer, hopefully 36weeks.
love my little man he is amazing :j

    Thanks Tara.

Hi Kat. Yes you will get pics at your scans. You need to go and pay at the main hospital after you get them but I kept forgetting cos I was so excited and had to go back the next day and own up. The 12wk pic is £3. 20 wk is £5, think any later ones are £6.95 (ie mine to check growth at 31 weeks).

And they do the 4D between 26 and 30 weeks for £65. Not sure I would recommend that though. I did love seeing bubs again and I'm glad I did, but you don't see everything in 4D, it's all just like the normal scan then they take 4D photos but they come from a different angle than you are viewing and so are not necessarily that good. I am waiting for mine to be emailed through next week when I will load up the only one I got of her face and you can decide for yourself if you think it is worth the money.

My baby is, however, just as bad as her mum when it comes to cameras and was determined to hide so someone else might tell you a different story. Just be aware that you don't get 20 mins of 4D viewing.

Just been to first parentcraft class and scared myself stupid with the nasty birth videos. What can I watch to get that image out of my head.
How the hell am I going to do that on my own????
