Oooooooooooh - I have two credit cards. I got paid yesterday, and just now transferred a bunch of money into the account I use to pay things from. This month, the one of my cards that has the least amount of money will be paid off, and I can afford to take a chunk off the other one.. I'm so excited.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Hi Hypno! Good to hear from you! I'm melting as well but trying to struggle through although cannot imagine giving birth in heat like this :eek:
Glam - not sure whether to say well done or oh dear, but both I guess.
To whoever was thinking they'd be bored if they don;t work till they are due - I promise that by your last month you will be grateful to sit at home in front of the TV with your feet up and will not be bored at all! Seriously, I've been off since before I was six months and I haven;t got bored. There will be antenatal classes and cafes you can go to, and things to do in the house, and shopping for baby, and honestly at the end you rather lose the will to live so all you want is to be at home anyway.
My mum is doing my garden for me in this heat! I feel guilty but she says she is all right and Dad says she gardens at home in the heat as well.
We have our scan tomorrow. Baby is kicking around loads but I still cannot tell if it is head up or down. But I am pretty sure the growth will be OK so that's one good thing at least.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Hypno - which air con unit did you get? Was it expensive? I'm wondering now if we should get one.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

In that case go spend half an hour on halfcost.co.uk. I got a few wine books from their £1 shop - they have a wine book and a wine course for £1 each, and a few people will be getting those. £2 gift, score!
Ooooh, and some playboy bags and clothing and some nice enough jewellery if you're into that sort of thing.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

We got one from HOmebase, they're half price in there at the moment, the one we got was £199 down to £99, totally worth it if you ask me, i wouldn't want to give birth in this heat or try and calm an overheated baby in it either, i'm sat with it on now and it's pure bliss!0 -
Phew, now I feel a bit better. Was worried as I'm having a HB and last week they put a scaffolding up on one of the neighbours houses and when on it looked right in my bedroom window. So if I had bubs before they could hear and possibly see what was happening, whoops! :eek: Well they've just turned up to take it down, just as well.
Hope your appointment about the GTT goes ok Glam, I have to admit that I turned the test down, never had one in any other pregnancy.Too many children, too little time!!!0
