They are prepared to wait until May 2010 for me to start as well, the only problem is they want me to give my current employer 1 months notice then work there until I go on Mat Leave - not sure how that will affect my SMP though?!!!!!

good news glam!!

cant believe its after 3pm today already. Took OH to get a massage from my sister this morning and then picked them up. Visited my granny, came home and helped fil pack things away in his new kitcen. home again to put dd up for a nap, did some cleaning and now just sat on my bum.

and now i hear the sound of my DD starting stir....can i not get just aohter 10 mins!!!???

So hot at work !!! Have fan sat on desk next to me. Went to lidls earlier in my lunch break could have stayed in there all day it must have the best air con ever. I am 16 + 1 day and seem to have got a bigger bump over night or it's just in my head not sure but feel bigger. Can not belive oh he's dragging ( well not dragging me) to go and see ice age 3 at the cinema tonight. He's been so looking forward to it. He can be such a big kid sometimes , i am just looking forward to the air con and pick and mix and popcorn. By the way I ve now joined the facebook group but not to sure what goes on on there. Once again well done Glam

nanc i'm sorry to hear about your cat, i really hope he's okay.

I'm still constantly crying over the loss of my cat yesterday, i'm sure yours will be fine though, mine had an underlying heart condition which caused a blood clot and paralysis in his rear legs:(:(:( He was only 4 and it was totally unexpected.

I am so glad i am having a winter baby, i can't cope now let alone if i was full term like some of you ladies. I really do feel for you. I have been sitting in the park with the other mums for the last hour waiting for ds to finish his teddy bears picnic at big school. By the time we walk home it would be time to walk back and fetch them again as they were only there for a hour so we all stayed near by. But it was so hot out in the open. there wasn't any shade at all and even though i was a good girl and had cream on, my face now looks like a beetroot.

House is still a mess but i don't care i am stripping off and having a lie down in a bit.
