Congratulations Sominum!! I love hearing about people who have been trying for so long finally getting a little tummy tenant!

Just touching up my make up before going out tonight, DH will be home soon. Only problem is that I didn't find anything that went with my bump (I swear its getting bigger every second) so its preggy jeans and my grey top  I did get a pair of those red canvas shoes from matalan, very comfy! Hate the white bow though, going to remove them and sew on some beads I think.

Thanks Skinty, I stopped doing forward bends during the 1st trimester because I kept getting dizzy but I think I will have a word with her, maybe find some time with her so we can plan in advance some alternative moves I can do as I know it is hard for her when she has a full class with mixed abilities. We used to have a really good and experienced teacher who was great with the pregnant ladies but she left and stopped teaching yoga when she lost a baby at 5 months (they never found out what the cause was).

I am so excited I cant describe it !!! You keep telling yourself he will be home soon, but you never really want to think of when just incase it doesnt work out. I have no idea how elle copes with it as Rhys has been in for so long, I have struggled and Dylan has only been there for 10 days today !!!!

Scar is healing really well, but they have left a little bit of the suture sting a thte end (which they have to) and it has poked out a little bit :rotfl: So I need it cut off, apparently I can do it myself  or wait for a MW to do it for me. Hmmm let me think about that one  No way am I cutting my own stitches, I would have nightmares just thinking about it :eek::eek:

Obviously you must always listen to your body, so if anything makes you uncomfortable or dizzy then you should stop, but I feel sure there is lots you can still do. oyu may also find that what is hard for you changes as your pregnancy progresses.

I find too many lunges in a cycle makes me feel a bit funny cos we do them too fast for me right now, but I just slow down or take a break. I like doing the warriors and it's a shame for you not to be getting the most out of your classes.

Yoga is fantastic for preparing your body and breathing (and mind) for birth so you want to be able to get the most out of it.

Good luck with talking to her - I'm sure she will be open to finding out more you can do.

Here are some links with poses you can do:
    http://www.childbirthsolutions.com/articles/pregnancy/yoga/index.php
    http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yoga-and-health/yoga-for-pregnancy.asp
    http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/view/32540

and this was my search http://www.google.co.uk/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4GGLR_enGB312&q=yoga+positions+in+pregnancy but not all of them are helpful so do sift through.
