morning. I am still in bed :) seriously almost 12:30 and still in bed, admittedly awake and working but DH even brought me cheese on toast :):) I think he has either had a blow to the head or his mum been having words again.

Your poor DH with his thumb, men are such pains when hurt, they expect all manner of sympathies but really don't deserve them.

have fun today, i'm having a lazy one planning to list on ebay and do a little baking

i've never tried the bingo but one slow source of free money i use is mutual points. They are a cash back site like quidco, so you can earn points if you shop through them. You can however get free money by clicking on the emails they send you. For example you may get one advertising a clothes site, you click on the link to the site and get 5 points. 3000 points gets you £20 so it's not the fastest turnaround in the world but it's free and they do pay out. They also pay in points for surveys although i've never tried them as i'm not disciplined enough about always doing the companies i've already signed up to without adding more into the mix! i like them though - there's no logging in just click on the link in the email, let the page load and close it - no further clicks required. The emails even give you a running total of your points balance so you only ever HAVE to log in to cash in your 3000 points

if anyone would like me to refer them, PM your name and email address. I'll get a very generous 10 points per person up to a maximum of five people (see what I mean about it being slow)! otherwise you can register at mutualpoints.com

i did my marathon listing sesh last night. OMG i lost the will to live. I think what doesn't sell i will be taking to charity although TBH I do hope that the majority will go. It is soul destroying though.

What is next installment of kitchen remodel and when??

I sympathise with you all re ebay...I don't have a clue how to buy or sell on there and am not inclined to find out from all the posts I read from around these boards about how tedious it is...I need to declutter this house but it can all go to the charity shops.

Good luck with your sales though x
  • Aaah, you don't really mean that although I really do sympathise and know how frustrating it is. But when they are not there you will just be looking back and wishing they were there with you, messing the place up. Honestly.

    Love to all,

You do do a lot and sometimes I feel that I have to force myself to go to bed before midnight! Although it doesnt seem right to be in bed earlier than normal and I still dont get to sleep any earlier as I have things going around in my head!
Shame on DS2 :o good job he was in bed lol Sounds like you need to refresh.

I think a refreash sounds in order. I'm sure kids were put on this earth just to annoy parents. Mines also been pushing buttons this weekend.
