Sorry to hear you are still feeling run down. If your body is telling you to rest then do it!
How about smoothies to help fruit and veg intake? If stomach still bad I would stick to stewed apple and bioyoghurt but when your better then bioyoghurt with any fruit you fancy, maybe some manuka honey and wheatgerm.
I also find vitamin tonics helpful at this time of year if I'm run down and fighting off bugs2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -
hope little ones party goes well and that you're feeling better0

Have a wonderful party - please save me some cake!
I am wondering whether to renew my Costco membership but didn't really find meat etc to be cheaper but maybe it will be now that food generally seems to have gone quite expensive! I do love it there at christmas tho and we need a new tree so maybe it would be worth it?
Fingers crossed for ebay!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Have a lovely day Michelle,
I agree you have to be careful in Costco, to buy the right things. They sell huge sacks of birdseed at the cheapest price I've seen anywhere, their ready made trays of danish pastries are great for parties etc. I think you need to know supermarket prices for things before you go into Costco. I also agree that sometimes for the same price their quality is better.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
Hope the party goes well. Nearest costco to me is 80 miles away or something so it's not someplace I have ever been. Could your tummy be stress?MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000

to do lists. small, manageable goals that will give you a real sense of achievement when you cross them off.
another idea if sleep comes easy to you, one night go to bed early and get as good a nights sleep as you can manage cos it really sounds like you need it. You will be sooo much more productive the day after.
glad to hear that the party went well.know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0
