So sorry to hear the news re your friend's death. Its such a shock when its unexpected and a young person too in circumstances not yet explained. Be gentle with yourselves and allow time to get over the shock and grieve. Hug the ones you love and hold them close.

You've had a big shock and your bound not to be "with it". Hope tomorrows easier for you. Don't take too much on.

  • Hello,

Something huge like this often makes us think that our small efforts are futile. However, as you know, when you have a family life goes on, and you have to put some things aside. Doesn't mean that they are not still huge - but your own life must come first.
    Very best wishes,

Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

The boys are probably playing up because they know that something is wrong. Why can't it ever be that they are extra good when they sense things!

I really should go blackberry picking now that you've mentioned it, totally forgot that it's this time of year. I fancy a nice crumble with icecream.

Hope you have a good weekend with DH and the boys! :)
