    Looked at the link to The Shred - I must say it looks absolutely terrifying :eek: I am looking forward to getting rd of this SPD and getting fit again - I can't even walk up and down the stairs without panting anymore :eek:

    They are electricity usage monitors. I borrowed one for free from my local library, so if you fancy trying it check if your library has them.
