I get you! Sounds like you have some good motivation to get MF, I'd guess having little ones would be a great motivation in itself! You're doing great though. I geekily can't wait until me and my Boyfriend have our first home and can start working towards overpaying.

But it is a small world indeed!

I can't confess to being a Donny girl though, I live just over the 'border' in Nottinghamshire, but it feels like S.Yorks (we have a Doncaster postcode, but Nottinghamshire area code - confusing _pale_) I spend most of my time in/around Donny/Sheff though, so I think I'm self-adopted

i agree with what you are saying, lifes too short and you never know whats round the corner, the sooner the mortgage is gone the more options there are in my opinion, good luck with your challenge
