Wow I can't believe it's taken me this long to find your thread!! I'm such a numpty!!
Still, I'm a subscriber now. You always seem so level headed and offer some good advice so I'm going to stalk you now. Besides which, you are where I'd like to be in terms of having a family...:D I just need to be patient...a few years and I will get my turn.

I am *still* slightly scared of hoovers!
My mum used to joke about it hoovering me up when I was a child... :rotfl: I'm fine if I'm using it but if anyone else is I have to get well out of the way!
I also hate the sound dys0n's make - they make a really high pitched whine that gives me a headache in under 30 secs (I can hear quite high pitched sounds - my parents aren't affected). You don't have a dys0n do you?
Maybe you should get him a toy hoover to persuade him its not evil/scary!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

I was always under the impression that paying a mortgage was part of life and something to be accepted and dealt with the best we all can. I think as long as you are enjoying the journey and not overly stressing yourself out by saving then it's a great move and your writing is very inspiring!0

Hope your chilli was nice? I had a similar experience with teenagers on the bus yesterday, maybe I should have taken a leaf out of your book and walked as it was a nice day. Well done on your overpayments, it is so inspiring to read. I have just calculated our interest to be around £23 per day...Eek. Hope you have another good day today.0
