Tips aren't normally covered by reimbursement (in my experience).
Did the brief say for adults? Would be worth giving them a call, as some of last nights jobs required a child - perhaps there's been a few typo's in the questionnaires (wouldn't be the first time;))
Thanks!
The brief specifically said 2 adults, and 1 glass of wine not a bottle. The questionnaire asks if you took kids and whether or not you ordered a bottle of wine!
The notes don't say anything about ordering a coke but the questionnaire makes it clear that you do - but perhaps that is wrong too! I will call them and see what they say!0 -
Was just thinking I'd need to pop to the bank for some cash before I headed off to do today's three MSs -all nice and close to home which is lovely after yesterday's trek around London although we ended with a nice evening spent in Canary Wharf with a friend and a nice meal (really must add CW to my areas) when the postie arrived-with an envelope with money in it from a MS-so no trip to the bank needed-resultI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

It's all downhill when you start doing jobs in your lunch break as well as evenings and weekends....I think you're addicted! Although I don't think I'm far behind you :rotfl:
I pretty much ONLY do visits in my lunch breaks, apart from the meals and drinks at bars and restaurants. :cool:0 -
My post is referring to the way people treat mystery shopping, for some it is a full time job, for some it is extras that they wouldn't be able to have.
For some it seems to be let's not bother about confidentiality etc and believe me, there are people that do pretend to do a job and make it all up. I feel very strongly about this as it affects everyone, not just the person that pretended to do the job!
Sorry, if that was not how the post was meant to be, but that is how the post came across and the respective reply and that is how it would come across to someone just starting out.
I am not the only one to see how that post came across, so if I am not the only one, how many others who don't post on the thread or who aren't in the cliquey group see it!
I will not be forced out by the likes of people that are rude and I will also choose not to offer advice either if I don't want to
Taggie, people weren't bothered by the fact you misunderstood the post. They were bothered by the way you spoke to everyone, first in your initial post, then after your mistake was explained to you.
Having said that, I think a few people were unnecessarily rude to you, and I think that is bad too.Dan

So because people told you that you were wrong you "won't be forced out" (of what ? mystery shopping or this forum?) but you won't be posting advice either........ so WHAT will you be doing on this forum ?
BTW I'm sure some people DO make up reports-but unless you think the MS companies are utterly stupid they don't get away with it for long. There's a reason why most MS companies only offer cr*p jobs until you have a few visits under your belt.My post is referring to the way people treat mystery shopping, for some it is a full time job, for some it is extras that they wouldn't be able to have.

jdan9, if people hadn't have ben rude to me, then I wouldn't have had to defend myself sadly and answer back.
My original post wasn't nasty, it was pure shock at the thought of people making up reports again!
It is a fact that people make up reports, it has been seen on here previously, it is know that clients can lose contracts because of it and also because of people giving too many obvious clues about clients!
I feel very strongly about this and felt that those two particular posts needed to be pointed out, just to be sure that no one construed that making up reports was a good thing and those two posts clearly looked like that was the way to proceed!
Thankfully, that wasn't the case, but that is how the posts read!0 -
Oh dear, I think the heat is getting to everyone today...
Everyone pour yourselves a long cool drink and stand by the window for some breeze....
Snap - KarmelRose!
Just make sure that it has 4 pieces of ice, a slice of lemon, the glass isn't handled by the top 2 inches, the glass is unbranded, and the bottle is left with the label facing away from you.0 -

Uh oh... I've done quite a few on my lunch! Ha ha.
I seem to be trying to fit in MS wherever and whenver I can now. Am truely getting addicted. Really want to hit my target for this month though as it's my first target! Bearing in mind it's only the beginning of the month, I have quite a few booked so I think I might do it...TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

2. An MP3 Player for my Boyfriend
3. Some nice food!0 -
I know I've only been around here for a few months, but I've never even noticed Taggie post before (not saying she hasn't, but certainly not recently...).0
