  • Can anyone tell me if they can see the Home shops details on BARE? I can get into it but it won't show me what the job is at this shop.

No, there are no details, I noticed this too...

LAST TIME, it was about seeing if they spontaneously offered you their credit card while you browsed the store, and then at the tills if they didn't approach you while browsing.

I can't even see if you get paid - puts me off applying TBH!

I think some people forget their manners on forums. Most people wouldn't walk up to a bunch of strangers listen to half the conversation and then start having a go at them and telling them how wrong they are......in part because it'd be rude but also because if you hear half a conversation it's easy to get the wrong end of stick-like Aggie did. I suspect in real life the people they were haranging's response would be pretty much what Aggie got too if they didn't apologise too.

Sorry but if you want to jump in and be rude -it's probably helpful to get your facts right FIRST-otherwise people aren't going to respond well be it face to face or on the internet.

  • I have a question about the Small Spanish meals on RE. I managed to pick a couple of these up last night, and I have been reading through the questionnaire this morning - I am confused! I think I am meant to order a glass of wine, a coke/ diet coke, and 3 mini dishes, one of which is a salmon one. But the questionaire talks about ordering a Peroni beer, and taking kids!
Also, if I left a tip, would this be covered by the reimbursement (if I was spending under it otherwise) :D

Bumping this in case anyone knows!

I'm SO gutted! There's a BARE shop in my home town but as it's Mon-Fri I can't really do it. Although, I suppose I could take a trip on my lunch break one day... hmmm... that's not a bad idea!

Tips aren't normally covered by reimbursement (in my experience).
Did the brief say for adults? Would be worth giving them a call, as some of last nights jobs required a child - perhaps there's been a few typo's in the questionnaires (wouldn't be the first time;))
    Now proud Mumto3 :j

It's all downhill when you start doing jobs in your lunch break as well as evenings and weekends....I think you're addicted! Although I don't think I'm far behind you :rotfl:

My post is referring to the way people treat mystery shopping, for some it is a full time job, for some it is extras that they wouldn't be able to have.

For some it seems to be let's not bother about confidentiality etc and believe me, there are people that do pretend to do a job and make it all up. I feel very strongly about this as it affects everyone, not just the person that pretended to do the job!

Sorry, if that was not how the post was meant to be, but that is how the post came across and the respective reply and that is how it would come across to someone just starting out.

I am not the only one to see how that post came across, so if I am not the only one, how many others who don't post on the thread!

I will not be forced out by the likes of people that are rude and I will also choose not to offer advice either if I don't want to
