hi i'm good with pasta as well, but i'm sure we'd have ideas to swap.
Re the flat i'm just being realistic, we want a house, preferably 3bed but will 'settle' for a 2 bed lol and Nov 2011 i will be DF come hell or high water so that's probably when we can afford to start looking and hopefully the flats will make the 15k back that they've lost this year.

sorry just re-read, if you're asking about the delay on hanging the doors it's cost the chippy is busy which i guess is a good sign.

if you've lapsed then at least you're back. We've spent a small fortune this long weekend, all necessary and from savings but i still feel bad about spending so much. We really need to reign everything back, and get on the waggon again.

Know the feeling, its the guilt after falling off that gets me:o, but have to get back on.

Tmw am back off to sunny Wales ( yeah right) for a race all 17 miles of it, its a last minute thing so def won't be a NSD today......I hate paying for petrol ( and the bridge toll). Though Sat will be, my sister is treating the kids to lunch and I will be far tooooo tired to spend anything.
And Sunday should be as will be recovering.

OKKKKKay, Sat was a NSD first on of Sept:j, need to make it to 10 this month.

Race went well, managed to knock 2 mins off last years time, even with the unexpected flock of sheep!!

Must do some shopping today and tmw to fill the cupboards before my mother comes down ( she's kindly agreed to babysit for me when I go to summer school at the end of the week).

Also, got paid from the mystry shopping!!!!!! yeh!!! and promptly put that towards the CC's.

Today should hopefully be a NSD as I will be shopping tm and have faaar too much stuff to get done, (assuming my servers actually works:mad:), what a pain when you work for your self...and for some reason my IT support/back offfice blokes seem to have gone on holiday.
I can't send or receive emails!!!!:mad: NOT GOOD.

On the filp side I have made PAD's both yesterday and today, not much, but I can see the balance slowly coming down.

The bank on the other hand are being a right royal pain in the butt. I have a loan with payment protection when I took it out. The job I had when I took it out I had to leave due to my marriage going down the drain and I moved 3 hours away from where I was living.....so far so good...the company had offered me the option to work from home 2-3 days a week...so when I moved I asked if I could do that to keep my job.......and the git refuses, so I leave.
As far as the bank is concerned this is voluntary and therefore not covered!!!! Now with 2 small children who have to be in school by 830...and me having to be in work 3 hrs away by 8.........how the hell does this work!!!!

    OK rant over, feeling better

    Ah ha, I'm back!!

Not this time through guildt but through a combinations of OU assignments and a week long summer school.......lots of hard work but worth it.

Had a week in the Observatory of Majorca: so lectures started at 5pm and finished at 430 a.m!

Great week and learnt so much.....between our group though we did managed to break anything we could find through possibly shere incompetence ....and on the MSE plus side.......8 NSD:j:j:j That's right folks 8:j:j:j

This in turn means that I have slightly more money to PAD with this week

Myself and my house mate have sat down and worked out what bills are going out and when, changed gas and electric suppliers.

It seems to be going well, we both decided to givbe it 1-2 years to get us both on our feet and so far things are getting there.

Saw quite a nice recipe on Tv that must give to lemontree ( unless you have aldready seen it?)

hi, no haven't seen much tv this week as we've been away in Yorkshire so i'd welcome the receipe.
i've sat and updated our finances this morning (what a way to spend your 1st anniversary wedding morning) and it's not as bad as i'd expected which is good. Credit card is too high this month, but that's because of things we've bought to do up the flat - such as a fire so it's not as bad as it seems, but i must not use it this month, i've decided to get rid of it so have to stop spending on it.
