I have decided to ramp up my MS plans.
On the advice of Lemon tree ( or more to the point the logic of why should I pay for DMP when the extra could go to the debt) I have cancelled it.
So now I am responsible for my own: WF have finally decided to accept and offer from me that I sent months ago ( are they in trouble???) and that was the only one I needed the DMP for ,,
Today will be a NSD!! yes it will, it will.
I am also going to borrow westiedogs idea of posting my balance on here and everything I spend....I have this feeling that I am missing out writing things down in my paper diary.
I have lots of work for toady ( why always on a monday), the joys of self employed and MUST remember to
1) chase tax credits as changed status to self employed and haven't heard anything
2) chase tax office about rebate ( they might repsond 6 months down the line)
3) list for DD1 birthday- what to get her?
4) cake and bread to be made
5) shopping lits for tmw
6) cleaning
7) tae kwon do later- and add to my collection of bruises from yesterdays competition:D
annnnd, PAD ( my Cap one will be clearde by Sept)Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:
TOTAL: £6,437 (04/01/2013) slowly but surely it is decreasing:D0 -
now you have me quaking at the knees that someone has followed my advice - that never happens lol. i don't feel so scared for you though with you saying the ones you needed it for have accepted your offer. phew!
Hopefully between two diaries you should pick everything up and you may end up with even more for your PADs.0 -
Hi Lemontree,
the advice was good and means that I will have an extra £32 a month to pay it off....which is....£384 a year...I do need to check the repayment terms as I want to know if I get done of early repayment.
I have evry plan to use the money that I save once the CC are paid off to put aside and pay in one lump sum to welcome.
Yesterday was a NSD:j, today won't be as I have shopping ( budgeted for) and birthday stuff for DD1 to get, hopefully tomorrow will be though.Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

You said you wanted to learn how to cross things out basically type
(strike) the word or sentence in the middle (/strike)
except that you swap the rounded brackets for square ones!Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0 -
oooh thatnk you firefox will give that a go,
today Def not a NSD ( lemontree, cars are a pain always throwing unexpected things at you).
Made first self adminstered payment to WF yesterday, did argue with the woman as she seemed to have changed her mind about me paying weekly:mad: but I did prevail, so that balance is on the way down.
Did totally forget that DD1 is off to camp next week so have to spend a little extra today than originally planned, but that can come out of the entertainment budget ( the very little £30 that I allow)
and have paid CapOne CC so balance is now under £300:j
have a good one ( am off to try this crossing out thingy!!)Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

Yesterday was a NSD :j:j very happy as I think that brings me up to 2 for this month ( think my target was 5, will have to go and take a look see).
Have made my PAd and my Cap One CC is slowly going down, but can I clear it by Sept?? Maybe, as I was working at an event yesterday ( networking and doing very little if I'm honest) I will get paid £110, now when the money gets to me I could be a good girl and use it for my CC/??
Really must get down to some homework as have an assignment due in, in 2 weeks ( I am begining to really wondre about planetary science), and also must yell at WF as they have agreed to my payments but still sending me threating letters...Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

hi well done on another NSD have to admit i was on the drag yesterday so ended up getting a sarni at work which is something i very rarely do. aiming for one today though, although i do have to take a cheque to bank at tescos and they did have cat food on offer so may end up there, but may sneak that into tomorrow.
have fun when you ring up WF and kick their buttttts.0 -
Hi, got to admit sarnies ( and chips) used to be my failing when I worked in an office.
As am not self employed I have no excuse what so ever not to make my own, but I will have to make sure that I don't surcumb next week.
I have got a short term contract a little while away but need to remember to take in lunch for the full time days....it's not much roughly 6 weeks and some of that part time, but it is extra and I can pau a little away for christmas and hopefully pay off Cap One ASAP.
Am a little confused on the PAD things: does this count as extra PAD to your debt of does this also cover agredd PAD? so a set payment to WF would count as a PAD?????
oooo all this new stiff to learn:D!!!
not a NSD today as managed to run out of Coffee ( and plaese please no one suggest I get cheaper coffee...I have gone from fresh ground to alta rica but can't stomach anything cheaper )
now off to find my local casualty unit as made the dire mistake of trying to separtate fighting cats and have vast amounts of blood running down my hand and can't move my wrist ( it also seems to be swelling and going slightly purple).......so that's money on petrol!!!!!!Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:

well, managed to get a lift to casualty....don't think I could have driven anyway(was seen very quickly which meant I didn't buy coffee/choc or anything else while waiting)
Wrist is now not quite so purple but is still 3x the size it should be, but then again the cuts are no longer bleeding.
Today have managed to make my PaD and the cc is coming down very slowly and am going to spend the day cleaning while DD's are either doing homework/out on bike/out with friends. Will be a low spend day though.
Have seen a £20 challenge on here some where, can't remeber where but think I will try that next week...also MUST remember to try Westiedogs postting the bank balance.Proud to be dealing with my debt:eek:
