That was generous of Tesco! They only gave me 6 months at 1.9% and I've been with them ages. Stingy gits

I used to use Kerastase which was £13 a bottle. It's amazing shampoo but I can't afford it anymore! I'm currently on the baby shampoo lol. :p

    I blame your sis!!

I have to say I do feel a bit guilty about booking a holiday in the final week of term (as I work with teachers) but the thought of going on holiday with a load of screaming kids makes me feel better about my decision! :D

I think they think I'm a seriously naive 18 year old or something, using the interest free as a honey trap so I build up quite a bit thinking it's 'free'

My sister used to work in a posh hairdressers so would have pricey hair stuff, she uses Asdas own now and says it's just as good. I think Tigi might have just brain washed me though. Still, looking forward to smelling of skittles!

ETA: I blame my sister too Tete! Still, she did buy me the Lancome powder so at least she's funding it a little. Was reading reviews of 17 and after seeing their new look I think I've managed to re-convert myself.

ETATA(?): And I'm off! Hope everyone has a nice weekend, and have fun in the sun Tete!

    Enjoy Kent!

    And I'm back! ;)

OH is having a nap after eating a big(ish) dinner so I thought I'd sort out my CC. Moved £20 out of savings and made a payment today. Should clear by tuesday then I'll knock it off my total, plus it means tomorrow morning I won't have to faff around. Planning on taking £50 out of the bank when we set off and seeing how long it lasts rather than using my visa.
OH made a big fuss over dinner about going to Asda before we set off, saying there 'might not be a supermarket there' as if we're going to the jungle or something! I had a headache coming on so sent him on his merry way, we now have enough diet coke and iced gems to feed an army.

And I'm off again! :D Have a nice weekend everyone.

    :rotfl: Bless your OH!

Well done on being organised with your money! Good idea to see how long the £50 lasts, rather than using the CC. Have a good weekend!

    Hey everyone!

Had a lovely weekend in Kent, got lost on the way down and ended up going through London over Tower Bridge - forgot about congestion charges so we're waiting for a fine in the post. Woops! I think OH was just wanting to get out of there and it was bumper to bumper, it was mainly my fault as I put the satnav onto 'shortest' because I wanted to get to the hotel in time to watch Eastenders, but OH did take a wrong turn and land us in the middle of Hackney so I'm not taking all the blame.
Went to most of the places we'd planned, Audley End, Broadstairs (lovely!) and Chartwell. Ended up driving for about 45minutes to find a supermarket last night, to only find this morning coming home it was 10 mins away from the Hotel :o Basically a full weekend of typical Kate and Richard mess ups! Although I did have a NSD on Friday, which was a surprise!

Spent £63.90 this weekend (to the penny!) and thought we'd managed a pretty cheap weekend until I worked out OH had spent at least £150. Lots of crazy budgets and savings going on for the rest of the month now. At least I've already made room for paying off the CC I suppose! Which I've got down too £100 now, with £25 still to come off for returning that dress. Also moved £36 back into savings, feeling all zen like with my money!

Already unpacked, so my holiday feeling is going! Really should get some dinner made for tomorrow but I'm so sleepy I just want too snuggle down in bed and finish my book off.

Sounds like a good time in Kent. You should have waved at me as you drove through London hehe.

Sounds like you did good with the spending, your OH not so, but as long as you had fun!
