• Now 4.40 am, sunday morning, Tmobile broadband has been on lock down as if peak time for 36 hrs, meaning nothing can be downloaded, streamed, or any other use except base surfing all week end.
This renders my pc practically useless. I predict nothing will happen to change this untill monday , proving 'Mobile Internet' TRULY
Is never going to be a reliable option, as you cant even put in a complaint. There is nobody to here it, nobody to fix it , and no fXXker who cares! They just want your plebian FXXKwit £'s!
TMOBILE,
EAT MY BLOODY SHORTS! ! Theiving scumbags.

Another update lol

My sister rang t-mobile to complain about the balance update problem and about the £44 extra charge. After threatening to leave they said as a one off they will knock off the £44 so she will only have to pay her monthly plan of £21 this month at last a result lol :T

Now i thought i would ring up and do the same as it's the same problem i'm having - well here's what they said to me lol we can't knock off the £40 but we can give you 200 mins extra every month for free for the rest of your contract for the inconvenience as they are aware of the balance update problem. I'm still not happy that i have to pay this extra £40 tho. Should i still write to Ofcom? or try complain to t-mobile again?

In other words, 'We dont want to give you your money back, as its the only thing that matters here, so we will offer you something of FXCK ALL VALUE TO EITHER OF US, (which is of course, more of the !!!!! you are already paying for) Tell em to FXXK OXF , and complain to offcom. Hang these BAXTXRXS out to blXXdy DRY!

Also when i log in to my t-mobile app on my phone it says i have 98 mins call allowance then it says underneath 157 mins call allowance and i haven't called anyone since they upgraded my mins so i'm even more confused lol I was told the extra 200 mins would be on top of my 100 mins

There should be something on your phone that keeps track of your total call times. I don't have a Samsung s3 not have I ever had one so I can't say for sure where it would be or whether it would even be on there, but going by all of the phones that I've had, it's highly likely that you'll have this on your high spec. phone.

A quivk google gives me this link on how to do it: http://www.samsunggalaxys3forum.com/forum/samsung-galaxy-apps/1958-accumulated-outgoing-call-time-log.html

You should keep an eye on this and reset it at the start of each new month, hopefully you will get a more accurate reflection of your usage that way. Failing that, you could download an app. to do the same thing.

tbh i can't be bothered complaining anymore - head is in a shed with t-mobile. I'm just gonna wait and see if they stick to to the deal of the extra 200 mins every month and see where we go from there.

I have a iPhone 4. I will look into this tho!
• I guess T Mobile must be one of the UK mobile providers with the worst customer services.
I have been slapped a penalty for not paying by DD and also for not informing them that I would not be renewing the contract after the contract ended. In fact, I had told them 1.5 months back that I would not be with them after the contract period on account of their poor customer service. Apparently, they did not consider this as a notice!

The result: A letter threatening to send the debt collectors to collect £20!
Friends , beware if you are with T Mobile.
• Can anyone confirm the details below

T-Mob person in charge of complaints francoise.clemes@ee.co.uk

Does anyone know who deals with their PR in the UK?
