Richard Moat, used to be the MD of Tmobile - does anyone know who replaced him, and they're email address ?0

I'm currently on 15 pounds per month contract, and ever since I got back from my holiday I've been getting charges I don't know about.
I can't even send a text message without being charged and I still have 295minutes and 250 texts left. It's really starting to bug me and I'm on the verge of changing my network provider.0 -
NEVER get a contract with t-mobile
I got an iPhone4 from t-mobile on contract and the network is really really bad and I ha to change my number due to prank calls when I contacted them they told me my iPhone was faulty and told me to contact apple so I did apple told me the phone was fine I also checked the network coverage on line and it says it's 80% which it should work fine when I'm on a call the phone will cut off and using the Internet is useless with changing my number which iv had for over 10 years t-mobile said they could put it on pay as you go so they gave me a new number on my contract and told me to ring back after a week to apply for my old number on pay as you go when I called them for it they said I could never get it back.
And they told me the that the bad network was down to me if I read my terms and con in my contract so now I'm paying £35 a month for a phone I can't use coz the bad network and iv lost my number which iv had for over 10years great I will never use t-mobile ever again or iPhone over this matter so apple has lost a coustumer to.0 -
T-Mobile has decided to raise prices for its contracts by 3.7% – this applies even if you’re on a fixed contract. There are a couple of contracts that are exempt: the Full Monty and You Fix tariffs are relatively new, so prices on these will stay the same. But millions of other T-Mobile customers will see their next bill rise.
T-Mobile says the price rise, just under £1 per month for a £25 contract, !is down to ‘the rising costs of the business, linked to!inflation![and] our desire to continually invest in our network and propositions to provide the best service for our customers.’
But if Orange’s price rise is anything to go by (T-Mobile and Orange are both part of Everything!Everywhere) talk like this is unlikely to calm the storm of customers calling to cancel their contracts. The problem is, if you’re in a contract, you can’t cancel…
Is this a breach of contract?
Well, the last time this happened we spoke to Ofcom to see if there was any way customers could complain or reject the price rises. Unfortunately, Ofcom concluded that ‘[Orange's] price rise is not likely to be a breach of current legislation’.
How can that be? Surely if you’ve paid for a product (in this case, a phone contract at agreed fixed rates) the company shouldn’t be able to charge you more for it later on. Unfortunately this isn’t the case – mobile contract T&Cs often state that they may raise prices within the RPI, and there’s not much you can do about it.
What can T-Mobile customers do? Not much, unfortunately. When Orange’s price rises hit, some customers complained and got small payments as a gesture of goodwill, or were allowed to switch to a slightly cheaper contract.
However, this is not guaranteed, and T-Mobile is not obliged to offer people anything. T-Mobile customers will, understandably, be angry about this. The rule on below-inflation price rises is not well-known or publicised. I think this is one of the biggest problems here.
So that means if your a t-mobile customers be careful every month they may put your bill up by how much they like so my advice is to stay away from t-mobile 02 pay as yo go is really good.0 -
Hello
The terms only state we may raise prices once per year but only in relation to RPI. This is the first time in a while we have introduced a price rise (the last being the VAT increase but we couldnt control that!) we do not have the right to increase when we like or to whatever we likethe vast majority of customers saw an increase of around £1.50

So next year it will be up by £10 customers will pay extra for 4g oh and for the merge with orange.0

As usual i stupidly renewed my contract with Tmobile or EE as they are now known. I got a 2 yr contract & a new (I think) Samsung Galaxy s3. I called Tmobile & got put through to android support when they should have put me straight through to tech support, as all android support do is nothing & are a huge waste of time, call centre morons & jokers. I spoke to an American woman called Lucy. We went through the usual set up of going to set up my email account. I kept apologising as she had a strong accent which i could not understand. Everytime she replied i just got tut tut sounds constantly & heavy sighing as if she could be somewhere better & actually using her halfwit brain. After we`d figured out she was android support & had no clue what she was doing, i asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold for 15 minutes until the line went dead. I put this down to an unlikely glitch in the already useless system.
This Friday November 2nd 2012, i called Tmobile again. After giving my name, password etc, i was put through to the android help desk (Contradiction in terms). They then asked me the same security details which is just a pathetic waste of time. I do have to add that the young woman (Called Joan), i spoke to at the start was delightful, helpful & charming to speak with & i commend her & she should be a supervisor or trainer.
Back to the Lucy who i was connected to again. We tried the same process & as usual i got the attitude & disdain. She told me to call hotmail & i pointed out it took me 2 hours just to get through to her potty mouth. Also anyone who has dealt with Hotmail know they don`t have humans just more automated drones who are still more intelligen than Tmobile EE staff. I asked to speak to her manager & she just hung up on me.
I called back & requested to speak to a manager. I was told i would get a call back within 15 to 30 minutes. That`s fair enough. It`s now 2 days later & guess what. NO CALL. I have sent email complaints but no reply.:mad::mad:0 -
Jermoid, what are you actually trying to do set up hotmail on an android? There has been a bit of a glitch with it not sure if it is just Tmobile or across the board. In your playstore search for an app actually type in the word Hotmail. The one you want is an orange envelope with WINDOWS SEVEN written underneath. Download it put in your email address and password and Viola! HTH0

Don't bother contacting Olaf Swantee CEO of Tmobile & Orange. He's a waste of time & completly unprofessional. Heaven knows how he got the job - but I don't expect him to have it for long.
Tmobile is the worst company I've come across in a long time. Poor service and a contempt for customers exisits from top to bottom in that organisation. If you dont belive me just google "tmobile complaints".
I decided to email Olaf directly after failing to receive even an acknowledgement of my complaint from the CS director of all people!
Olaf didn't respond either.
What a joke company - . I urge everyone with a legitamate complaint against tmobile to take it to CISAS - at the very least you will get some conmfort from knowing that it will cost tmobile £50 each time. Please do it!!
I agree i also emailed the CEO and got no reply. I have also written to the Hatfield address but that too is a waste of time. I know there is another address just trying to find it0 -
Last week i was on the phone to them for no less than 5 HOURS!!! and got nowhere continuously being passed from pillar to post and as usual having the phone put down on me. if anyone knows the Complaints address NOT the Hatfiled one as thats a waste of time please let me know0
