What are the costs.?0 -
As long as you turn up I can't see how u can loose read the ko dak case on my site0
-
No, i mean..
If you lose, do you just lose your time, and the small claims court fee (£25) and travel costs.
What is worst case for costs.? £££ (just want to clear this up)0 -
Fifty quid. Half to make a claim and half for the hearing fee. Refundable if u win0
-
Who pays for B&Q costs then? As they pay for yours if you win.0
-
B&Q pay their own costs, win or lose on the small claims track. they can reserve the right to put costs onto claimant but very unlikely and unliklely they would win on a case they have already lost. it wasnt like they have good arguments as a 28 year old ran hoops round an ex trading standards person0
