    Has anyone had any replies from the letters sent, i have to wait till monday before i have access to a printer. I managed to get the information i wanted from B&Q customer services.

    Did feel like ringing Ms Winchester.?

    Sent letter 16th june no reply yet, 14 days is up 30th so guess i will have to start proceedings

    Hi all

    I have received the following blanket response from B&Q this morning:-



    Dear XXXX

    Following your recent letter regarding the Zanussi ZDT6053 Dishwasher.

    We regret to inform you that we can only reiterate our previous comments to you regarding the Dishwasher(s). The problem was caused due to a system error on our website which caused us to continue taking orders for the product after our stocks had been exhausted. This model of dishwasher has now been discontinued and consequently B&Q will not be stocking it in the future.

    We appreciate your disappointment, however, our position remains the same and we can be of no further assistance in this matter.

    I trust this clarifies our position.

    I have had no previous engagement with the company over this matter and am guessing this is the standard letter they have been asked to send to customers.

    i suggest you file the claim monda morning as their letter states they have no further help to offer. b&q want to see who has the balls to put in a claim now.
