B&Q Dishwasher Reclaim Thread (discuss your claim)

I think a few people have filed small claims court cases, were going to sit on the fence on this one to see what the outcome is.

Just because 1 person has won, and 1 has an out of court settlement, i want to see what the trend is on this. Too many cases and B&Q might put the homework in and get onto a winning streak.

I just want to be sure that were not going to be heading down a losing path..

i bought a pack of two A4 frames, once for the judgment and it looks lovely on the stairs. I was worried the other one will go to waste. i will put a copy of your letter in the other until I have my next judgment,

Darn it, It was out of stock when i ordered it.

The compnay secretary replied to my email with a slightly barbed comment, she said she was sorry that I had ordered again and this had happened again. Well whether B&Q believe it or not, I was just snapping up a bargain for a very good purpose and did not expect this to happen again. i believe in fate and things happen for a reason.

By the way, I have received lots of emails and they all have one thing in common, eveyone likes to share with me why they ordered more than one lol!

Probably the same reason as I did - to link them together and double the capacity.

i did get the lot but my claim was slightly different and not based upon loss of bargain
