balloonist, this subject is covered before. the fact is B&Q did take the money as it would have shown as ringfenced. B&Qs system does not allow orders without payments. I have tried it. your contract was valid as the confirmation email you received is outlined in the terms and conditions as forming a valid contract that is legally binding.0

raseac is referring to the newspaper article where i stated I would spend the claim money on a holiday. Of course, the article did not mention that I had purchased a dishwasher during the legal process anyway (from B&Q funnily enough).0 -
