Yes, maybe a Mr Bennett won in court as well...... or maybe the first words at HQ was Gordon Bennett!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Haha agreed, that one was one of the reasons i filed a claim i have only ever experienced appauling customer service from B&Q be it instore or online.
