what do you expect renting to a benefit class?
I can't believe you actually took the time to come out with that statement.
I have found what goes around comes around and not necessarily to you so think on next something nasty happens to you or yours.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

While I wouldn't put it the way Dave101t has, it does illustrate the reason why so many LLs refuse to rent to people on benefits.0

As ONW says, when we get people on the board saying
"Do I need to let my landlord know I am claiming HB"
or
"Why can't I rent a house from a private landlord when I claim DSS?"
Should we not link to this thread?
Did the OP take a deposit or a month in advance? Or is that a daft question?

Seriously you expect the social to pay for her rent twice  It's about time you acted as the landlord i'm afraid.
I agree with Zara33 (not just because she is gorgeous but) because she is correct, if the tenant is a 'looker' perhaps you can come to some 'arrangement' but hey she has gotta be pretty damn hot to for go the rent arrears, serve her with notice I say0 -

It does, I guess, but anyone can get into arrears and this person has because she is a bad sort and/or bad at prioritising her finances, not because she is on benefits!0 -
