  • Can i ask why you wont post the listing number? Or rather have you pm'd somone so they can have a good look and research to see anything dodgy about the seller themselves.

I'm slightly intrigued as to why you've bought a bucket-load of silicone covers for an iphone if it never arrived (see here)... but that's beside the point.
I still don't see how any claim can really be decided here, it's just your word against the seller's, unless you have video evidence or something of you opening the box in the first place... and even that's not tamper-proof. Paypal won't see it like that though, what with their "let's screw the sellers" policy. :p

If you have the phone box does it have the IMEI number on it? Can you then ring the mobile phone company to see if it's in use, you can give them the name and address of the seller.

:confused:Read the thread...honestly, from a sealed and un tampe red with package. I don't think so!

Things get lost in the post, yes it happens, but even Royal Mail can't lift something from a sealed packet without some sign of tampering remaining. Obviously though if a ring went astray and it was sent correctly insured you didn't lose anyway as you could have claimed from RM.

You're going to need a VERY big brush for that generalisation.

Paypal dont always favor the buyers.

We bought some maternity dresses that when they came were not what we ordered. They were just rags from oxfam.

I opened a dispute and fought hard but didnt get our money back.
